As far as I know,there is no tread based on Area 51 directly... Area 51,Strange,is it not?... I'm sitting here with SoraUchiha and we are discussing Area 51 and government cover-ups in general and in unison we both agree that there is a strange aura about Area 51 and such... We know that there are many theories from explanatory to simply insane suggestions but we think that there is something doggy and otherworldly going on in said facility-I would even say,And I'm sure Dylan would agree:We would die to know the god honest truth,if I had three wises somehow it would totally be on my list... So what do you think about Area 51,Discuss,Debate and be serious-No spamming,this is serious to us and I'm sure many people too...

We'll probably never know what's there, so I gave up caring a long time ago. If an alien knocks on my door tonight, then maybe I'll start to care.

It's a real place but I don't think it's as radical as aliens inside there, those are just movies over emphasizing it. Honestly, I think the rumours of high tech military equipment makes more sense than aliens being housed in there. I mean if aliens where being kept there as prisoners as most media would have you believe don't you think there'd be some sort of alien rescue mission initiating a light show above the desert? Plus, that KFC secret ingredient thing might not be so wrong either. I'm pretty sure the last time I looked at Area 51 on Google Earth there was a KFC logo there.
Well we can only guess on what goes on in there but whatever it is they make sure we don't see even from space (i google earthed it) and theres just wierd sheds in rows...Whatever goes on in there is very mysterious and personally I do beleive its other-worldly
I google earthed it-There are towers on hills and massive amount of waters in craters and wires leading into the ground-Theres actully a video of it on youtube,look it up O_o

Raiden: B-but… nobody likes me cause I'm not rugged enough… ------------------------------------------------------------ But in all seriousness, I was listening to the radio a month, on a bilngual Chinese radio station, and they were discussing Area 51 and how recently a number of files from the 50s have been released to the general publc, discussing projects that went on. It seems that all that they were developing new advanced weaponry and vehicles, including an aircraft that was similar shaped to a disc. I don't know if it's a cover story or not but I don't think Area 51 is all that worrying or weird. Just because we can't get to it doesn't mean it's something incredibly strange or perculiar. In the most likely case their developing biological weaponry and technological advancements.
I never saw that! I typed area 5 about a year back and I got a buch of buildings in a fence (this was automatically zoomed in so this may have been a small area I guess) But still its gotta make you wonder what goes on in there...Is it to do with aliens or could it just be one mother of a military base? Personally I beleive it's alien so many people try and prove it...I saw on tv once a documentary about a guy trying to prove the existence of ufos and they let him into area 51 but there were places they wouldnt let him look at camera or no camera...they did show him a ufo shaped plane though and they said it was that shape for stealth it was a good documentary with a LOT of proof.
Military testing. I think it's simple as that. The reason it's so secretive would be so the wrong people don't get the information. I mean, look at how easy it was for you to get a satellite picture of it. I think the alien theories around it stemmed from their onw projects. Like someone mentioned, they make a plan that's disc shaped, someone sees it, thinks "flying saucer," and rumours spread.
Which Tony Hawk game had Area 51 as a level? Was it Underground 2? xD But yeah, I doubt it's as mysterious as people like to think it is. There will always be people trying to spread some sort of ridiculous rumor. In reality, as others have said, I'm sure it's just some sort of military/government installment.
Ooh, I like me some mystery! XD I think it is just a conspiracy and a military unit base thing or whatever. But who knows, maybe something is there after all? For me, I kinda wanna believe that it is true. Those sort of things spark my interests! Maybe a flying saucer will land there!! Haha!
I think Area 51 contains unknown chemicals in a specific room? I also do think that it is slightly other-worldly... But I'd rather stick to thinking that it is military-based..
i think your thinking of Bermuda Triangle in THUG 2 anyway, there's got to be somthing there. i mean, they wouldn't be keeping it offlimits if nothing was there, right?
Maybe it isn't anything hostile like wepons and aliens. What if it's something that could do humanity doos like trying to find the cure for cancer. They wouldn't want people to see because the chemicals are probably so deadly in their uncombined state that it's only for experts to handle. I dunno, it's just like MI5, we don't really know what they do there.
Maybe Area 51's just a conspiracy altogether, and that the government are using the name as a form of 'lee way' for some bigger, stranger plot. I don't completely know for sure, but that could be an interesting concept.
