Sorry, but i am very philosophical so i thought this one up, personally i would say yes and that we have outgrown the bounds of nature and have caused our ultimate downfall.

Enjoy your lives, I know i am :)

    entirely true.
Humans have burned the ozone layer, causing the sun to beat on us full heat.
Humans have killed many fish, goodbye, they'll be extinct.
Humans have chopped trees, goodbye to the oxygen and the green.
Humans have burned things, goodbye to clean air.
    Yes, I'm not optimistic.

100% true. We are killing animals to eat but most of it gets spoiled and then wasted. We are polluting, causing green-house gases, death, murder and more. I think we can change that if everyone in this world cooperated together and think of a better way to make this world. But I highly doubt that will happen when pigs fly.

    Yes.

Humans take advantage of everything they get and bring gritty feelings and thoughts. They just take and take, over using their domination.

The world is like an animal. Don't feed it the right food, don't give it water, don't clean it, it will die. Very much reminds me of what happened in FF7.

I believe we are 'one' of the causes. There are many causes to the world's state and humanity is not the only thing that makes things harder to endure. Species do die without human interference by nature. Nature is not as friendly as people want to make it out to be itself. There are natural disasters that have occurred over billions of years. I am certainly not going to blame humanity for it all, though yes, I do feel humanity is a part of the situation and we do have a responsibility to not be such a giant contributor to issues.

one of many. not saying we arent a major cause to our problems, but its not the absolute cause. I mean, look at venus. most ~~~~~~ up planet in our solar system...it got global warming, was hit by a meteor so hard that it spins upside down now...those things are entirely our undoing. We do have global warming here I guess, ill admit that much...but come 2012, 2029, or 2036....

The main one. Extinctions (a lot of them), global warming, pollution-all us.

We need to get our heads out of our asses and do something.

    q?

Well, it seems i'll be the first to post against "global warming". I voted one of many causes, because we won't be the "ultimant destruction" of this planet, someone else will. If we don't stop these "others", then we'll be a cause of the stupidity of our destruction, but no, global warming ISN'T GONNA KILL US!!!! The sun is going through a cycle, were we are receiving high temperatures, and very very cold ones. This is a cause of a cycle. No doubting that our pollution is terrible, and like someone said:" We need to get our heads out of our asses and do something.".......but the result of our pollution won't kill us. What you all think global warming is is really nature acting iradically, due to an event prophesied by the Mayans.4 more years. I was just talking about this with my dad and aunt, about the end of the world. And i'm suprised someone said it before, 2012. It is coming, soon. If you are more intested in the end of the world, go to the Debate Corner, and look at my post about the Illuminati card game...please. There will lie what some of you desire, some proof. Anyways, our stupidity to relize current and previous events could kill us, but not something like global warming. The result of our stupidity would be much worse, and more painful...

I definitely agree with that. Humans are selfish, we don't care too much about anything else other than what will make us happy. And many times, what makes us happy has a negative effect on our environments.
