Appleseed

I just saw this movie called Appleseed last night. Who else has seen it? I think it's really good! I love the graphics, and the way the people are 2-D but the backround is 3-D. So... yeah. Who else has seen it?

 

I've seen some of it. It was on tv late at night on a school night, so I couldn't watch all of it. What I saw of it was good, and the animation was.... interesting.

 

I liked Hitomi the best. Until what part did you see it?

 

I actually just wathced this for the first time quite recently.
I thought it was a great movie. A very deep storyline and like you pointed out it was pretty cool how they put 2-D people in the 3-D background

 

The graphics kind of reminded me of an old show called Skyland. I dunno why. The storyline was really deep. And I liked the idea of bioroids (that is how you spell it, right?).

 

I haven't seen the movie, but I have the ps2 game.

 

I saw the movie as i was browsin' some anime on an online shop. I was considerin' buyin' it, but i didn't want to chance wastin' money. It looks good, but is it worth buyin'?

 

I got it on DVD for one of my birthdays. It's pretty awesome. I can't seem to find the sequel Appleseed: Ex Machina, though.

 

Its pretty cool. I like the Robocop dude ^_^

Interesting how they used Greek and Roman mythological figures to name some characters, events, and locations.

Also, there's a sequel out already. Haven't watched it yet though.

 

I know. It is actually next to me right now, I just haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

I have it, but it's my uncle's. Dunno where he got it, though.

Every where I go I see Ex Machina on DVD so I might buy it, but I've never seen the original movie.

 

You should see it! I want to see Ex Machina so badly, but I haven't been able to find it!
