Chain of Memories Anyone got any good advice for devistating Riku?

On the GBA CoM, I need help beating Riku on the floor after Destiny Islands.
My Stats are:
Lvl- 48
Max HP- 410
Max CP- 750

All the attack cards in the deck I'm using are 7,8,or 9, Except for Cure, Potion, and the 3 Cloud cards I have.
The enemy cards I use are:
Dragon Maleficent, Trickmaster, Guard Armor, Oogie Boogie, and Vexen.

I get pwned every time I face him. I need some suggestions to help me defeat him.
If I need to level up, get more CP, what?​

 

Sleights. Some generic boss killers I can think of off the bat include Judgment, Sonic Blade, OmniSlash, and Holy.

 

I have all of those sleights except for Holy...Hmn..=D

holy comes from the key to rewards. dont worry about it yet.


when fighting riku:

-sleights are your best friend
-when riku does the flying kick move, jump away, if your far enough away from where he started, he wont hit you,
-sleight as a rebound for high cards he uses.

It's really that flipping attack where the screen turns black, and Riku is like..fliying around, and at the end, things come from the ground that confuses you. That's what gets me all the time.​

 

Keep 0s at the end of your deck then. Whenever he uses it, just scroll two cards to the left and Break it.

Holy is gotten through level up (you should have gotten it by now if you levelled up Sleights the whole time iirc), but one of the cards needed to make it is in the Rewards Room of the Destiny Islands.

 

that's exactally how I beat him, just be sure to keep A LOT of 0 cards ready for when he does that or any other sleight

A warning, for when you do beat, him...run away and save then, go back
