How did you manage to post this in the Birth by Sleep section? The "Kingdom Hearts II" section is clearly in sight.

If you want some tips i have some...
1 use the ultima if u can because it'll save ur arse
2 trinity helps but u should save ur magic and use reflect during his combo attacks
3 if u do save up your magic and use reflect then always ALWAYS save a little for cure
4 mega elixers (or wut ever) are ur freinds and use them if he uses heartless angel on you
5 if he glow purple and starts to fly up hit him before he drains your magic and heath (if you cant be sure to press triangle right after he does becuz he will start attacking)
6 if he knocks you in the air press the square button to hit him back when he re-appears

now try and beat him i think if you do that you'll beat em easy ^________^

I used to think that Sephiroth was impossible to beat, but now the Terra battle in FM makes Sephiroth look like a warm-up.

Yes, I've beaten him far too many times. After a while, he's so incredibly easy that I could beat him with sweet memories and almost no big finishers. (no hacks of course)

Heh, I remember when I thought Sephiroth was insanely hard, but as soon as on my second playthrough, I didn't really have any trouble with him. I even beat him on my level 1 save file (So sue me if I used Action Replay to get the No Experience ability and the boosted AP and two MP Hastes (the equivalent of MP Hastera) a là Critical Mode) and once I got his attack patterns down, it wasn't even that hard; his first form can be looped with a simple Guard + normal 3-hit combo strategy and the only thing to watch out for in his second stage is if he uses Heartless Angel while you still have those dark balls around you for one reason or another. His third stage is handled by dodging his moves with Glide and Aerial Dodge until he uses Heartless Angel, which practically gives you two free combos and repeating the process. That, or you can try Guarding his slashes and hit back with Counterguard although this method isn't quite as safe as the other one. As odd as it seems, I had more trouble beating Demyx on my level 1 save than I had beating Sephiroth. The only thing that makes Sephiroth different from every other late-game boss is the simple fact that compared to the other bosses in the game, his attacks are actually capable of dealing heavy damage to a character under level 50.
Terra's moves are actually just as predictable as Sephiroth's. His stats (apart from that not-so-impressive HP; 16 bars is not really that much on Final Mix optional boss standards) are insanely high, but his attacks are predictable and easily dodged although I must admit he sometimes takes me off guard with his binding move, but that's just about the only truly dangerous move he has. I personally find Data Luxord (after you've beaten him at least once) harder than Terra. In the first data battle, that last game you have to play with him was still slow enough for me to keep up with it, but in the rematch, Luxord cheats. D=

If you really need to make him more challenging... sing these alternate version of the lyrics while you play him.

Its awesome, you most likely being laughing so hard, he will own you. Either that, or you will drop the beat of the song, which defeats the purpose of this challenge.

hehe... I saved it on an empty file just before fighting him so I could defeat him...multiple times... >D If you still haven't defeated him...I suggest hitting him before he finishes saying "Descend Heartless Angel"...otherwise if you're out of items you're screwed...

I wouldn't say *just* as easy. The only difference is that Terra's moves are randomized with several landmarks throughout the battle. While each of these 'moves' do have a routine--which is what we adapt to and predict--there is no specific order in which Terra does them. Easiest way to justify this is simply the beginning. Terra can begin the battle in several different ways.

The challenge with Terra is to quickly realize which of his moves he's using, and counterattack appropriately. While this is the same story with Sephiroth, Sephiroth has a fixed routine that hardly varies in comparison to Terra's.

Any boss is easy when you finally get the hang of it, but if you were to infer the superiority of a boss upon one's first encounter, Terra champions Sephiroth by a landslide.
