Quite a few effects on this one, lacking text (thought it made it look worse in my opinion). Overall took me a bit to make, and i quite like it. CnC? :3
This is a good start but it's not particularly complete feeling. The colours are good and I like the idea, but the effect on the background is ineffective (perhaps overdone?) and the placement is a little off. Adding some effects or brushing to pull the signature all together is a good idea and I think you could do it tastefully. Simple text might be a good idea as well. What program did you use? Keep working and it will reach maximum potential, though you've done a good job so far!
This plus try to avoid placing stocks all the way on the left or right of a signature or other graphic. Sometimes, if the background calls for it, you can do that! But for this it just seems like the focal is the background when it should be the stock, right?
