Try to explain the appeal of American football to me in three words or less.

Girls, if you like the sport too then go for it. I said 'guys' because I live in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma where all of the guys are obsessed with football.

GO.

 

I loathe most forms of sport.

 

The testosterone & adrenaline.

 

There is only a guy's football team in my school IMO and,I don't really follow it but it's entertaining to turn on the television once and awhile.I've been to a few school games.

EDIT:I can't count IMO:

Catching,Running,Throwing

 

Running, tackling people, and catching/throwing/kicking balls.

Done.

 

Bears, Beets, Battlestar Galactica.

[No but seriously, I think three words i'd use are: Environment, Excitement, Tension.]

Sorry, I hate Football in our country.

 

Adreneline, Tackling, Action.

I haven't read the members' answers but let me just crush them by saying that American football is really only rugby for pansies.

Probably, but it's more satisfying to win, more painful to lose and a helluva lot more entertaining to watch.
