Al Qaeda places hit on Navy Seal ousted by Fox News

I generally don't hide my disgust concerning Fox News, but even I didn't expect them to do this.

Earlier this week, Fox News revealed the name and information for one of the Seal Six members who led the raid which resulted in the death of Osama Bin Laden. As a result of their lack of responsible journalism and lack of ethics, the life of an American hero is in danger.
As reported by NBC News today, Al Qaeda is now spreading the information freely given out by the media giant to their network of agents worldwide. They are doing so in order to “make an example of him” and call for his “destruction.” As responsible journalists, neither NBC nor Addicting Info are going to reveal this information. It was given in confidence, and out of respect both for the man as well as the danger we will not be part of any further risk to this true hero.

The Navy Seal’s new book, titled “No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission That Killed Osama bin Laden,” is being published under a pseudonym, with the book publisher specifically requesting the media not to reveal the soldiers information to protect him as well as his family. The blatant disregard for American soldiers is shameful in and of itself, but is nothing new for the network, which had reporters kicked out of their embedded posts after revealing troop operations as well as the regular slighting of Medal of Honor winners. This direct action by Fox News is a major assistance for Al Qaeda, still struggling after the death of its leadership by the Obama administration. By giving the group a direct focus, Fox News has become the rallying cry for the international terrorist network. They must be held responsible for aiding and abetting those who brought us 9/11, because now if anything happens to that soldier, or to any other members of our fighting forces, it is on Roger Ailes’ head now.

Another crack job by Fox News. ._.

I just honestly can't comprehend why they would go ahead and do this; the soldier did a service to the country, he doesn't deserve to be living in fear for his life and his family's. I'm sure the government will be providing the most protection possible, but geez.

What a piece of ****... this is the reason we have ethics, because it can endanger people's daily lives in many ways, in this case in ruining completely the chance of this man living a life without fearing leaving his house, or every creek of the floorboards being potentially being deadly.

Ludicrous, maddening, Fox News should have been shut down multiple times in the past for their so called journalism. They should be reduced to working as mad people with signs around the necks, with written 'The world is ending!' since that is the extent of their truth and reliability in their reports.
