Age Jumps

    In certain Shojo Anime's they have a big age jump that occurs making the shows better or worse.

    Dragon Ball has a seven year gap to Dragon Ball Z.

    Death Note has a jump of a few years leading to Light's battle with Near.

    There's a two year gap in Naruto that starts Naruto Shippudden.

    DBZ is the best age gap to me and Death Note got really boring once Near and Mello showed up.
