Thanks to a certain pal here on KHV :lolface: I have returned with my obsession on AFI! They're really an awesome band to me. Anyone here listen and/or have heard of them? Ex (for those who haven't):
I'm gonna see them at Groezrock this year. I'm looking forward to going absolutely batshit when they play "Medicate".
I go through phazes with them to be honest. I hadn't listened to them in forever but I recently came across their cover of Just Like Heaven by The Cure (who I adore to pieces) and got back into them.
One of my favorite bands, tied with Billy Talent. Sadly though I don't really know anyone who likes them, so I've missed out on a few concerts because i hate going alone >.> I love every album they've ever released. I didn't like Crash Love at first but after a few listenings and reading the lyrics, I absolutely adore it. The only two songs I don't like are ironically the two that they decided to release as singles. But at least now I know that whatever they release next will be something I like xD. As much as I love their music, though, I can't stand watching any interviews or anything with the band members. They're total ******s >.>
