Nintendo Adventure Time for the DS and 3DS

D3Publisher will release a videogame adaptation of the award-winning, best-cartoon-ever
Adventure Time
for the Nintendo 3DS and DS machines this fall, it said Tuesday.The cartoon, which began its run in 2010, follows the wacked-out adventures of a young boy named Finn and his shape-shifting dog Jake. The series often pits the two against huge monsters or has them going on fantastical quests. So basically it’s perfect for a videogame.The game, developed by WayForward (Shantae), will incorporate action-adventure elements such as dungeons and hidden treasures. Series creator Pendleton Ward will be directly involved with “designing a new storyline and quests.”Now all we need is Finn’s baby dance to make an appearance.

Welp, I'm mad. It looks like it's going to suck. Especially since the subtitle is "Hey Ice King, why'd you steal our garbage?!" The only redeeming thing is the story line is made by the Pen. I just have a feeling this is not going to be the Adventure Time game I was expecting. Especially since these sketches were up on the official Adventure Time Frederator blog:

The game is being developed by D3Publisher, WayForward and Pendelton Ward.
The plot is that the Ice King steals everyone's garbage and makes a Queen out it.
