Kingdom Hearts About Tarzan's World: Sora and Fowers...

So i was playing Kingom Hearts (again) and i'm in Deep Jungle.
When Sora saw the 1st slide, he said to himself "it's so familiar...".
Does it have something with Ventus? What memorie? Where is that place?
I haven't played Birth by Sleep, i just saw the Cutscenes here.

And what are thoose flowers? When you cast any magics on them, they bloom in differents collors... They are just "something cute to play" or they are someway useful?

 

I'm not sure about your first question, but I believe the flower thing is a mini-game.

He had Kairi's heart inside him, the castle looked like Radiant Garden, Kairi's heart reacted to it and made him think he knew it, nothing big

 

So it is a mini-game? Does anyone knows how it work?

I might be wrong, but I think it's some kind of time trial run.
I can't remember what it's for, though.

 

If you give a red flower an Ether it will give in return a Camping Set and a lot of HP balls. Make sure to replace the ether in your items menu so you aren't caught unprepared in a battle.

The yellow flower, it says in the offiial guide that it makes Sora regular size for a specific reason, I can't remember why though.

 

Really?! i really wish that someone had told me this a little earlier, because i died here today while i was fighting with an army of monkeys. X_X

Sorry, I just found out I gave you false information, I was thinking of the flowers in Wonderland, I don't recall any flowers in The deep Jungle but I haven't played the game in a while.

 

The flowers you find in Vines are to initiate a minigame, but I can't really remember what to do with them, or if there is any reward for it.


The flowers that I think that Excasr is talking about are those found in the tree area where powerwilds spawn and there was the key battle with the giant black fruit. Those flowers I've never gotten to do anything other than bloom in different colors. They strike me as a gimick similar to the doors on Neverland's clocktower or the clock in Traverse Town's hotel, but thus far I've never been able to "solve" it. I'm not sure if they didn't finish it, if it was never their intent, or if it is simply difficult enough to elude me. At any rate I wouldn't worry much about it.

 

Well, there's the racing minigame, for one, but you don't need anything specific for it, just talk to the flower.

And also, before Hollow Bastion, monkeys spawn endlessly in the Treetop area until you bloom all the flowers with Magic.
Not sure what they do after that though, but I think there was some kind of prize for doin something with them.

 

The vines is a minigame, but I did it just for the items.
And the first slide is of Hollow Bastion, and because Kairi's heart is inside him he "remembers" it. So he has that feeling that he's been there, so to speak

 

I see. Well, the army of Evil Monkey's heartless kills me twice while I was trying to defeat them first. So if I bloom the flowers correct they'll give me one reward and the Heartless will stop to be endless. OK. thanks guys! :)

Also, Mixt said something about the Traverse Town Hotel, if I hit the bell, it will say something about there's no room for you. This is nothing or I can do something about it?

I've never tested it during the endless spawn so worth a shot. I'm not sure there is any prize for it though.

As for the Hotel, if you examine all the paintings and then ring the bell the clerk says something like "Glad you like the artwork. If you stay the night try hitting the clock" So you go to the green room and hit the clock until it chimes and a chest with a mythril will appear.
