358/2 Days A theory on Axel and someone else, possibly Saix

I think that Axel is connected to Riku some how. Now I know some else has probably already said that, but i have an odd theory on it. u know how Roxas and Namine where the result of Sora becoming a Heartless, and the connection between him and Kairi, well what if there were a connection like that between Sora and Riku? Maybe thats how Axel is connected to Riku. Saix would be the other, because he's so worried about Sora, and is chasing Axel around half the time.



just a theory, please comment.

 

I think that if a Midgar world existed, that Axel would be Reno.

1. They both have red hear.
2. Both characters have the same voice actor in Japan.
3. Both characters have the same voice actor in America.
4. Their attitude is almost/exactly the same.

It would blow the "Organozation XIII member name is Anagram+X" out of the water, but who cares.

Actually, Roxas and Namine's creation had to do with Sora having both his AND Kairi's heart in his body. When Riku stabbed him with the keyblade and brought the hearts out, that's how the Nobodies were created. Something like that anyway.

I don't see how this "link" Sora and Riku share could be connected to Axel.

Since when was Saix ever worried about Sora...?

 

Saïx was never worried about Sora himself. He was only afraid that if anything happened to Sora, their Kingdom Hearts wouldn't be complete because Sora was the only Keyblade wielder that was doing what they intended him to do. In other words, Saïx didn't care about Sora's safety, he cared about his Keyblade's.

 

I get what you mean:

Kairi -> Namine
Sora -> Roxas
Riku -> Axel (sora's bf, roxas' best friend)

I don't completely understand what Saïx has to do with this, tho.

Anyways, nobodies ressemble to their somebodies. Axel doesn't look like Riku. The guy in the org. who's most like Riku is Zexion, but since he was one of the six original org members (correct me if I'm wrong), he's not Riku's nobody.

So, Riku doesn't have a novody, or, it hasn't been found yet.

Sora has best Friend, Riku

and Namine is Kairi's nobody, look at cutscene at final mix+ after Sora woke up, Axel namine and Ansem(Riku) at sunset train :D

 

... I honestly think there is no connection at all between Axel and Riku, or Axel and Saix. Axel and Saix's relationship was based solely on Saix trying to prevent Axel from turning Sora into a Heartless, like someone said above, for his Keyblades. Just part of the plot.

As for Riku and Axel... nope, I don't see any connection whatsoever. Someone mentioned Reno, I thought there was some type of quote saying that Normura wanted to see "that type" of character in a "different setting."

I doubt they have any connection whatsoever. It was never even hinted. Their elemental affinities are too de-similar plus, Axel doesn't have a Keyblade, nor does he remember bein' Riku in the first place. XP

 

Yes, they're friends. Riku and Axel helped Namine escape from DiZ if I'm not mistaken.

There isn't. Riku's heart didn't run for cover in Sora's body. It simply existed in the Dark Realm by itself, and encountered Mickey.

How would Mickey and Riku meeting in the Dark Realm impact on Number VIII's life? It's not like they were plotting his death or something.

... Saix never was concerned any more about Sora than he was about Donald or Goofy. All he saw him as was a means to his end, namely 'Kingdom Hearts', and, as such, when Axel threatened that means, he sought to eliminate that which threatened said means, namely Axel. Simple as that.

 

just a bit of critizism (however u spell it) but axel and riku are too wayyyy different characters. axel and riku being connected wouldnt make sense...roxas and sora have close friends, but i think nomura was trying to signify the difference between roxas and sora with the friends they had and how they influenced eachother...

it ties into the whole "roxas is himself, and his heart belongs to him" thing.

If nomura wanted roxas to be exactly like sora, he might of had riku lose his heart somewhere down the line...then his nobody could join org 13. in fact, axel and riku have never met...and they shouldnt either...

also axel is afraid of saix, why would he have some connection? lets see:
axel: red hair
rebellious, likes doing things he thinks r right...
cool yet, "sometimes loses cool atitude"

saix:
silver hair...
xemnas' personal butt kisser...
follows axel around because axel=traitor...
doesnt care about sora at all...

i really cant see a connection...

 

ok, ur all not goin' for this theory abviously. just thought i'd throw it out there.....
But there still could be a connection, cause really all i hear is stubborness from all u guys. First-theres some connection between Axel and Riku, do to the fact that Axel was best friends with Roxas, and if Roxas and Sora are intertwined, then so are Axel and Riku. There hair looks similiar...

This is EXACTLY what I was talkin' about in mah topic about theory. XD Hairstyle has NOTHING to do with relationships.

 

Resemblance, physically? Well of course, almost all those tarts with spikey hair resemble.

Roxas looks like a younger version of Cloud imho. Xemnas is basically a Jamaican version of Sephiroth.

Using physical resemblances by means of it being a "link" between the two just isn't enough, seeing as how Nomura recycles his own designs to make new ones.

I'm not (really) against the idea of Riku maybe having a link with Axel, but by all means provide an actual theory to prove it plausible.

 

Okay, if anyone in here is getting the idea that Riku is Axel's somebody, he isn't. Riku never had a heartless, nor did he have a nobody. So NO RIKU HEARTLESS OR NOBODY. And I don't think Axel and Riku worked together to get Namine' away from Diz Erkz. I thought Diz, Mickey, and Riku were all like best freinds, so I doubt they would work against eachother. And how did Namine' get away? I forgot...

But he's right. Kingdom Hearts goes right in there int he category of anime. And as we all know in anime, there are ALWAYS characters with similar, if not exactly the same, hairstyles that aren't related to each other in any way. XD

...Though Axel and Riku's hairstyles aren't even CLOSE to being similar XD

Riku never had a heartless but he gave his heart to the darkness when ansem took control over him.

So there is a possibility that Riku had a nobody.

 

I agree with Dueling Keyblades that Riku might have a nobody but only might.

However Axel and Riku being connected, I can't see how you worked that out to be honest. Axel is a member of the organization so his name would be an anagram of Riku, the only reason Namine isn't an anagram of Kairi is that she isn't a member of the organization.

Also Saix being connected, well that's a no go in my opinion as well.

 

That is true, Axel and Riku have no connection conidering they neiver had anything to do with each other.

Naimine was apart of the Orginization but now she is just a powerful nobody.

And the only nobody's to ever have any conection to humens are Roxes and Namine

One thing you should think about is if Axel ever had a reguler nobody which happens after a higher orginization member disipers.

 

Since when was Namine a member of the organization? Yes she was forced to change Sora's memories in CoM but she was never part of the actual organization.

I was also reading back some posts and physical resemblance doesn't mean they are a nobody/somebody pair. I also can't see how Riku and Axel have similar hair. Yes it's true the nobody will look in some ways similiar to it's somebody but it's usually a very small similarity usually eye colour or a similar hair style oh and they have the same skin tone too but that's about all.
