So there were three police cars across the street in front of a neighbor's house. I go out to check the mail; to my left I see police taking a handcuffed man to one of the police cars.

Or the handcuffed man was just walking the police back to their car...

 

Policemen are renown for getting lost and not being able to find their cars, that's why they have to arrest people.

 

Did you make yourself look suspicious getting the mail?

The handcuffed man was Amaury

 

Sounds like Officer Naughty is making house calls again.
