Birth by Sleep A quick Xehanort theory

    Don't get mad and ***** at me like usual, KHV. Take everything with a pinch of salt (considering how no KH game has stayed within the universal rules the first created). Btw, spoilers for those who ain't played BBS.

    So if Master Xehanort and Terra are continually battling for control while Xehanort was alive, when he was split into a Heartless and Nobody their minds/hearts/whatever the hell transfers nowadays since KH keeps rewriting it's universe's rules with every game.
    I was thinking about it since Ansem the Seeker of Darkness (The Heartless) has more qualities like MX while Xemnas has more qualities like Terra.
    It kinda makes sense since I've seen people say that Ven's heart was inside Roxas during Days, so I was thinking why couldn't it of happened to Terranort?

    Yeah it could happen, but if it did then why didn't Terra become his old self again?

    Maybe he did. At the end of BBS his body is changed by Xehanort invading him, so maybe his appearance can't change back so easily and Xemnas is an adult Terra.

    I think what Kubo means is why would Terra become evil. Xemnas did not only want a heart, which by itself would not make him evil. But he would do anything to get it. Even mess up other worlds and throw them into chaos. And at the end, he wanted to merge with Kingdom Hearts, which has always been the dream of Xehanort, not Terra. I don't know, if you ask me, I would see Xemnas as 65%-70% Terra and 30%-35% Xehanort. So he's still not the same Terra from BBS. Not completely at least. (in my opinion)

    Posts like this have been made quite a few times. D8 Except there hasn't been any thread about it(to my knowledge). Anyways, that is what seems to have happened.

    Ansem SoD is power-hungry and evil which is amplified by the fact that he is a Heartless so even if there's a part of Terra in him it would be easily negated by Xehanort's influence and the raw nature of a Heartless. That nature can't really be applied to Sora since he was...well, he's Sora!

    Xemnas seemed to have some memories of Terra but to me it seemed that he was more of Xehanort (the apprentice) than either Master Xehanort or Terra. It's like while the two were fused together they created an alternate exterior persona which was the main basis for the personalities seen in Ansem SoD and Xemnas.

    yeah i'm thinking xehanort the apprentice is his own full out person...with neither terra nor xehanort controlling him but the two's ideaology comes out sometimes
