You're a dude right. Very childish though in my opinion, try and get in some FX that make it stand out more.
I really like the colours you used in this signature. They compliment your render really well, however, the signature itself is incredibly plain. In my opinion, the balloons were a nice touch, since you didn't have any effects in the background. The only thing I'd really have to say is to add some effects to make it eye-catching (:
The colours are nice,very...pink. But as my little Cookiie said, the thing is very plain. Nothing is really blended together very well at all,and the text looks out of place. Try adding some effects, lighting etc etc,and then show us the result.
Not sure if it's just my computer but this is an extremely low quality image. no.1 rule - always save in .png format or a higher quality format What program did you use? It looks like MS Paint. Try using GIMP, which is free, if so.
I agree with Skullyphones~. I recommend saving your signature as a .PNG file instead of as a .JPG file, if file-size is not a concern. If it is, consider saving your signature as a .JPG, but change the compression settings. Other than that, I like the simplicity of it. I think it would look better if you try removing some of the white spots around the balloons.
I agree with the third of this comment, not too much going on, so you should add some effects. Also, the balloons are not very well cut, you should rather use brushes.
Never save as .jpg unless you set the quality to maximum, if you can't do that then save in .png format. It looks very LQ, flat and sorry if I sound harsh, but it doesn't look like very much effort was put into it either. If you haven't already, download GIMP and look for some tutorials, they will really help improve your skills.
