A little help?

Well...First off, you know the quick reply button? Now everytime I click it, it sends me to the normal reply screen. Now I can't watch videos off of anywhere either. So I go and try to download Flash...my computer says "Your security settings do not allow you to download this file." So I go and check everything, the only thing resembling Java seems to be something called JavaSun...it has it's on checkbox in the internet options advanced setup. It's checked. So I look for anything else that might be a problem and I'm sure I checked everything. I scanned my computer(I kinda have a lame scanner thing) and I found nothing important.

Also, I can't even log onto this website where I turn in some homework. >< So that's BAD. Dx Also, when you log into KHV, it's supposed to take you to whatever page you were viewing...and now my computer stopped loading that so I have to click the link, it isn't bad but it's still part of the problem. <-< And the golden bars at the top of the computer don't show anymore. DAMN YOU ACTIVEX! ;~;

And youtube's telling me I have JavaScript turned off...>>;; *Tries looking for a way to fix that*
