Kingdom Hearts II A few questions about FM+

As i'm going to import a copy soon there's a few things that I want to know, sorry if it's been asked already.

1) What new Keyblades are there, and what abilities do they have?
2) Can you fight the Org.XIII data battles as many times as you want?
3) How do you get Vexen's Shield and Lexaeus' Tomahawk?
4) Has anyone got a printable list of all the abilities translated to English?
5) What is recommended. Complete FM+ first or Re:CoM?
6) Are there any changes to what enemies drop?
7) I heard that Sephiroth is easier, is that true?
8) What is recemmended. Buy from playasia or yesasia?
9) I have a slim PAL PS2, does that affect what Swap Magic I need?

1-)Acrossing Two: Light and Darkness->Anti Form 100% , can revert it and more chances of getting Final Form.

5-)You choose, I prefer KH2FM 'cause you gain the organization cards in Re:COM

I think you can only have Limit Form if you play Re:CoM first. Don't know that for sure, though.

The only thing you gain in KH2FM by completing Re:CoM is the possibility of seeing the cutscenes with japanese audio.

You gain Limit Form on your second visit to Twilight Town
