    Thank you ^^

And apparently that fourth drawing is everyone's favorite... I can see several things wrong with it. First, the sleeves. They're not... cloth-like... Not to mention they're too flat. Same with the rest of the kimono. Too flat, no depth. The shoulder blade is too prominent and unnecessary. It should be removed. Not to mention it's too high up and more of a long black line than anything... The hair needs to be more distinguished and life-like. The shadowing needs to be fixed.

I could go on, but... meh.

No, don't say like that! Your drawings are nice even if they are imperfect. With time you will improve! :3

    Ignore what he said.

Keep saying that. The more you dislike your drawings, the more you will want to improve on your skills.

Both of you are correct and incorrect. You need to be both determined and endlessly picky to become the best that you can be.

You have to hate losing, keep trying, but at the same time keep losing. You get closer to winning with each try. But closer is not good enough. Nothing is.

Determined and creative perfectionists make amazing artists. Not everyone is like this, but you will go far if you become it.

Yes, self-criticism is right but you have to appreciate your drawings a bit! >.<

Anyway, Sessamaru, try to draw again, I like your works! :D

    Yeah, that's what I meant.....I think.

I never said he didn't have to appreciate his work completely. Of course he haves to like the drawings he makes.

That said.....keep drawing if you wish to become better. But I suggest you drop the anime style and start with real people.
