Everyone has an origonal character right? Well this one is mine. (I bet it won't be what your expecting XD.) I make a lot of OCs. Most get tossed over time, but Otonashii is one I'll never abandon.

I really don't practice enough which is why my posses are so limited, but I'm happy with what I've got up. I hope you like them (If anyone knows a good painting with Photoshop tutorial, or anywhere I could find some good reference images for posses I would really appreciate it.)

Anyway you've got some pretty cool stuff up there! You can definately handle a pencil. In terms of crits, I'll be brief since I'm not that up to it today - I'll just generalize the main problems which I noticed in your drawings:

From the head to the waist, you normally manage to draw your character straight. However when you start drawing the legs, they end up slanting to the side. When you're drawing characters standing straight up, draw a straight line by its side to use a guide. And I couldn't have abused the word 'straight' anymore than I did here.

As for your last questions, I'm sure you can find loads of Photoshop tutorials on deviantART. And poses, flick through loads and loads of magazines. (:

You underestimate yourself. :3 Especially after seeing so much stuff on these forums [uhh no offense to other drawers but let's be realistic] it's even nicer to look at then they are normally. Like SA said, you know how to manipulate your medium.

You've already defined your main struggle points and what needs to be corrected, and SA previously said the tendency I was going to note, so I'm seriously going to make this one of those "OMG it's so good!" posts that contribute absolutely nothing. ;D

And yeah, male anatomy >_>; *cough*

 

Compared to the rest of the fanart on this forum, I quite like your drawings. Excellent job :).

I like your drawings. They're better than what I usually draw. I usually take a few days to draw one picture... >_>

 

Limbs are another week point for me, Thank you I'll try that on my next drawing.

It's same way with me. I think it's better to take a long time to do something, than to do it quickly and find a million mistakes when you've finished.
