Wow. This is a nice drawing. The perspective is very good. It really is a birds' eye view! (I'm nervous when drawing birds too.)
It's alright. Very lacking in shading, realism, and proportioning, but I like the concept and detail.
I've always be decent with birds. I've been drawing them since I was little. Anywho, The bird has like an abstract kinda of feel to it, and I hoped you would use that style in the ground below, but you didn't and I'm a bit disapointed. If was all in that sort of style, it's be amazing.
