I'm not very good on CnC on sigs/tags but I liked this one a lot so I'll just leave you a nice little remark.
I love the colours, they really flow with each other and generally I like the whole thing. The border could maybe be a little brighter, but that's just taste.

Simple, yet beatiful.

I like the effect you did in the background (The dark blueish part), I like how you did the texture, I love how you pulled out the light, the is simple, yet used nicely, yes, probably is could use more going on, but is simple and nice, border is good and follows the flow.
