http://www.blisteredthumbs.net/2013/06/3d-realms-sues-gearbox-gearbox-responds/ I was laughing too hard to fully understand the article, (sorry if this is in the wrong place.) but apparently they're being sued for Duke Nukem Forever for the amount of 2 million dollars. It's pretty complicated, but the gist of it is that they're suing Gearbox for how terrible the game was and poor sales. Now I've seen everything.
