3D model-making software

    Does anybody know of any 3d model-making software, free and simple (or with tutorials at least)?

    I have some in my mind, but I'd like to see others' suggestions too.

    The only ones I know are Maya and Cinema 4D, but I'm sure you can get a Trial period of either of the two.
