    I find your lack of faith disturbing, Square ex-employees. It makes me believe that they think you don't know what you're doing.

    You do not instil hope, and they leave. You'd better churn out that quality to convince you're staff their worth something.

    It would be a sad day indeed in Nomura left. I've kinda always thought of him as a stable constant in the Square company. It never even crossed my mind that he might leave it some day
