You wake up alone in a bustling city of Japan, people walking by you, not noticing your limp form lying below their feet. Struggling, you get up, fazed a bit by a strange fatigue. How'd you end up there? Some of you that wake up know the city as Shibuya. This isn't the Shibuya you know.

A strange pin with a design of a skull is next to you, or on your hand for some people. You grab it before anyone steps on its fragile figure and sigh. It's just a worthless pin, one you can get in any thrift shop or ten cents store. You bend your arm, ready to discard the pin, when an erruption of voices flood into your head. They are the thoughts of everyone around you!

Unsure what to do, you listen for a minute about the other people's values. A beep brings you to your senses as a message appears on your phone. Starting now, you're going to have the week you never dreamed would be possible.

Characters in this are ALL OCs. No Neku, Shiki, Joshua, Rhyme, Beat. No Koki, Sho, Higashizawa, Uzuki, Shades.

No one. No one except a charismatic man named Mr. Hanekoma.

It's all a new start. Beat isn't the new Composer. Joshua's reign of the city was a faint memory in the river of time. Neku and Shiki, Beat Rhyme. They were all out of college, still the closest of friends. Most of the Harriers left their jobs, all of the officers dead.

I limit the amount of Reapers... to about 10. Can't have too little players running around ;D This does not include me, the Game Master.

Before we start, and I mean right before, choose a partner to form a pact with. If there is an odd amount of players, then the one left without a member can either be a Reaper, even if it meats the limit of 10, or wait for the next week.

Please, please please! Don't write in text talk. That is one of my biggest pet peeves. Capitilize, make sure it is English, and don't don't don't type in text talk. Thank you. -_-;;

Also, no one sentence posts. There will be a three sentence minimum. No lower, because I don't want this RP goin' to the dogs, and no higher because in some situations there isn't much to say.

A week ends after each day ends. People who want to join the RP while it is play can join as a Reaper if there are open spots, or random Noise. It would be too late for them to join the fray.

Luckily for you, I can be pretty loose with these rules. Please follow them. I will disqualify you for godmoddin', and for too many barbarish and rubbish posts. OOC is fine, as long as you have a post to go along with it.

Any other rules will be added later.

No one dies unless I really say they are erased. If, let's say...member X is a Harrier Reaper and is fighting a Player, member Y. He can't be like, kaBLAM and the member is dead. The member and the reaper can work it out, or...I will.

No godmodding, as I already said. It's really difficult sometimes not to do it in this kind of RP but please try not to control other people's players.

There is a two character limit to each person. You can be a Reaper + Reaper, Player + Player (Pact with yourself, as well) or Reaper + Player.

Basic TWEWY terms:

GM: Game Master, head of the Game.
UG: Underground, where the Game takes place.
RG: Realground, where the living are.
Harrier: A reaper who hunts players
Officer: A higher class Harrier
Player: A person who uppon death has entered the Game.
Noise: Monsters that take many different forms. Conjured by Reapers.
Noise Form: A Noise a Reaper can turn into.
Pin: A small object that people wear for fashion. In the Game, they activate pysches such as Force Rounds with a Sexy Beam pin and Pyrokenisis with Flames Afar, Foes Aflame.
Psyches: An attack manipulated by a pin. There are many different psyches.
Reaper: A person who is against the Players.
CAT: A legend of trends and graffiti, his motto is "Enjoy the Moment." Few know who he really is.
Taboo Noise: A black, stronger Noise.
Sync: When two players fight in harmony.
Pact: A group of two players, who act as a team.
Mission: A task given out by the GM.

Appearance (NO PICTURES): Blond hair goes down to her slim hips. Grayish blue eyes dominate her face. She wears an open jacket, white at the top, red at the bottem, over a pale orange shirt and short scarlet shorts. Her noise form is similar to a Progfox. It is a wolf with red symbols on its chest and paws.
Bio: Calm and sharp, Alexa is the youngest GM ever. She is clever and often makes shrewd remarks, but if she was actually on your side you'd know she was actually quite docile.

Bio: Slyth was killed when he was hanging out with a bunch of his friends, but he got hit by a car to prevent the one he loves from dying. He is very nice and hyperactive.

Duran wears a white short sleeved tee shirt with a slim gray hoodie that has a symbol near the front of the neckline. He wears maroon cargo pants and black and gray converse sneakers. He has fingerless gloves with metal plates over his knuckles.
Bio: Duran's mother left when he was eight and his father raised him to be kind and gentle with girls. He has never gone out with one but is ok with that. When he was thirteen he got into parkour and has been doing it ever since. On a really long jump one of the people who he thought was his friend pushed him and he fell, breaking his neck and dying instantly.

Bio: The legend of trends and grafitti, few know who he is. Picks no sides, simply helps both. If one is failing, he helps that one, and so on. Never is there in the final battle.

Appearance (NO PICTURES): About 4"10, white, wears long dark blue jeans, and a black T-shirt with a sleeveless grey hoodie, has green eyes, and cherry red hair pulled back into a ponytail.
Bio: Was a happy boy who loved nothing more then to play guitar. His friends began calling him Slash, after the American guitar player, and he didn't have a care in the world. Then at his biggest show yet, he was shot by someone in the audience.
Psychs: Uses a pin called "Rock on" which amplifies any sound he makes, to defeat the Noise.

Appearance (NO PICTURES): 5'8", has long jet-black hair that follows down towards the back of his neck. He carries a long blade, or his blade known as "Phear", on his back in a sheath. He wears a black eyepatch with silver bullet-like circles over it. He wears a long overcoat with no shirt underneath, black pants/jeans that holds many belts and chains around it. He wears a long necklace around his neck, with a cross and a skull across it. He wars fingerless black gloves with rings and metal bars on them.

Bio: He used to be a young and carefree young man in his youth, after his last days on earth before he was "mysteriously" murdered or almost was when he fled his own town of yore and to only return ten years later to find out that his own village, his town, burned and pillaged and trampled into dust, he now wanders and searches the world for his destroyers, that attacked his home town, his past to remember from back then to which he has forgotten, and the terrible secret that awaits him at the end of his journey. He was now leaving his own town when he was mysteriously pulled into darkness, waking up in a strange world he never knew existed.

Psychs: He carries a small ring and from which he found in his home town with the words: "Love is sacred, Hate is pure" on it, that amplifies his strength by ten-fold whenever he is in a deep and tough situation. He carries a small pic as well that was next to the ring, he hears many thoughts when he holds them both, or wears the ring and has the pic in the other hand.

Name of Character: Asami 'Assa' Seidou

Appearance: Following the typical gothic lolita, Asami is dressed head to toe with appearel from Lapin Angelique threads. Her favorite outffit she usually wears is a black and purple frilly two-tier dress. Along with platform Mary-Jane shoes and stripped knee-high stockings. Her features are remarkably like a procelain doll. A pale complexion, thin pink lips, and big round aquamarine eyes. She has ebony colored hair, that is in loose curls. Despite looking like a human doll, she is quite a shorty. She's only 5'2"!
Bio: Asami was born into a prestigious family, so she had acess to practically anything. But she hated being overly spoiled by her parents, so she moved out when she was seventeen and resided in a small aparment in Shibuya. She soon got a part-time job in Lapin Angelique.
One day she when she was heading home from A-East, she was approached by old schoolmates. They bugged her and told her why she was still wearing those 'strange and guady' clothing. Asami yelled at them to leave her alone. She ran away from them. As she ran across the street, a car hit her.
She was transported to the UG and forced to play the Game. She and her partner survived for the week and won. When their points were tallied up, her partner was granted the second chance. The Conductor asked Asami if she wanted to play the game again, or just to be erased. The Lolita just replied with her demanding to make her become a reaper. And that order was granted.
During her time as a reaper, she made her way up in those two years. To support, to harrier, then to Officer.
Psychs: Psychokinesis, able to bend or deform things with the mind. Usually carries around a small silver Rabbit figurine in her pocket. She uses it in battle as a partner or a weapon when not in Noise form.

Name of Character: Satoru "Storm" Kurosu.

Appearance (NO PICTURES): Around 5'7". Extremely pale; he has very messily spiked dark blue hair, and piercing sky blue eyes. His clothing's dark and casual; skinny jeans, a simple long sleeved black top and a sleeveless jacket, with a few small chains hanging from his jacket and pants.
Bio: Storm was talented at art; however, he thrived at tag murals, just like his brother did. Both his parents hated his older brother, and feared Storm was going the same way... Both were always out of the house, spraying graffiti where it wasn't wanted, and, as far as their parents were concerned, being general nuisances. They never went out together-- both preferred to work alone, in their own style-- so, when his brother was stabbed to death by an angry drunk, Storm came across the crime scene hours after the murder. Distraught, he ran away from home, seeking refuge in a group or other runaways. In an attempt to make himself feel better, he started taking drugs like the others in the group- eventually, sick of feeling like crap, he purposely overdosed, and woke up alone in the UG...
Psychs: Exceptionally high Imagination; he can use a great majority of pins with no trouble at all. Favours lightening and sword psychs.

Bio: Gade is the youngest Game Master of the Reapers in Shibuya, and the second Game Master Neku battles. More a mathematician than a brawler, it is revealed he excels in all areas of leadership except one -- he will not cooperate with others. Given his obsession with mathematics, he loves to speak in mathematical terms with other people.
