It's better to have Goofy in your party than Donald(he has that support ability that gives you MP).Use a lot of ethers and try not to spend your MP too much. For the orb under the Phantom - Red=fire,Blue=Blizzard,Yellow=Thunder and White=Physical Attack.Watch for his special attack when a pink glow is trying to hit you. When he does that try and fly near the walls of the clock tower so it won't hit you

And don't forget to cast stop on the clocktower every once in a while. Or you'll lose. Fast.

    Here's my advice...
Use Goofy/ Peter Pan. Remove all of thier abilities that use up MP except MP gift
    Use nothing but ethers.
The ball on the Phantom changes color. Here what you do...
    Red- Fire
    Blue- Blizzard
    Yellow- Thunder
    White- Keyblade attack
When the clock is ticking, use Stop on the clock as fast as you can. Otherwise, say goodbye to Goofy and Peter Pan.
BTW, Goofy is pretty much your lifesaver in this battle. MAKE SURE HE DOES NOT DIE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry, you are not the only one who gets stuck on Phantom

As soon as the battle begins, lock onto the clock hands on any side of the clock tower and cast 'stop'. If you don't the Phantom will sentence one of your characters to oblivion. The clock tower will then count down the time until that character is knocked out. At that point, cast the stop spell on the clock hands to delay Phantom's oblivion. When the spell wears off, immediately recast it. You can't wake up up characters who get knocked out by this spell.

The apparition is invulnerable until you see a small orb glowing underneath it. The colour of the orb indicates its current weakness:

    Physical attacks
    Fire
    Blizzard
    Thunder

Try to heal yourself only using items, reserve your MP for the battle itself, besides casting stock on the clock hands, you should devote your MP to eliminating the Phantom. After you defeat the Phantom you get Stopra.

    I hope this helps.
