It's cute, but the text in /font/ choice should be switched to help fit the tag better. Then the focal can use some sharpening, or a bit of a light source to distract the eye from all of that ice going on.

The combination of effects / c4d's in the back ground could be placed better up against each other so they won't just look as though that clutter back there doesn't have any structure.

The composition of the tag could be re worked.
Meaning; balancing the brightness / contrast, so the focal..xemnas, won't look so choppy.

Then the text w/ that outer shadow -
Isn't the only choice for decent typography. Play around with thicker fonts.
Ones that are crisper, smoother, less predictable, etc. Once that's said and done - sharpen the thing.
