To anyone in this thread who was trying to fix the Final Mix Red Guard journal entry that was bugged from an old version of an English translation patch where the entry would only show 'eeeeeee', leaving journal incomplete, there is a recent save editor released that can fix it. https://game-tools-collection.com/ Scroll down to Kingdom Hearts, it's now compatible with Final Mix. Just export your save from pcsx2 memory card using mymc from pcsx2 memory card and open it with the save editor and go to journal and go to the heartless section and change Red Guard entry from 0 to 1. Then import it back into memory card using mymc. I imagine this editor will be very useful for other purposes to many in this thread as well. It can do alot of things. Check it out.
