This IRKS me that I was unaware Snow White needed Snow White to evolve, since her medal and the dwarves medals were the first to require specific event-exclusive medals to evolve, I misunderstood and thought using a Snow White medal was the only way to level up a Snow White medal, and stopped playing after a while, when in reality, I just needed to play long enough to collect 32 1☆ Snow White medals.... Now that the other Princess of Heart medals are out, ticks me off I can't have a 6☆ Snow White..... =/ DUMB question, but A. Is it likely this Snow White & the Seven Dwarves event may reoccur? B. Might there already/ever be a wildcard medal that can be used to evolve a Snow White medal instead of a Snow White medal?
That's incorrect. There would be "absolutely no indication" if Soul Eater had never become Way to the Dawn, and did not sport the eye that multiple dark-themed keyblades share. It is still a valid theory.
You misunderstand. I am indicating that we never see Maleficent show any in-depth knowledge of Soul Eater's origins, so it's not necessarily *unrelated* to Keyblades, that remains to be seen
That's not confirmed. We just don't know where Soul Eater REALLY came from, so that's not necessarily true.
So while it certainly isn't confirmed, it MAY be possible that MX's Keyblade was forged in such a way... It IS peculiar that MX would know of such a classification of Keyblade that wouldn't be possible until Sora's time. Then again, Alice was somehow present during KH χ >.>
But isn't Riku's Keyblade actually Terra's, which was transferred to Sora? Unless you consider Riku having some shred of Xehanort and/or Terra within him after the Ansem debacle and that causing his Keyblade to resemble Xehanort's, I doubt it. I thought the χ-blade was supposedly the oldest Keyblade in existence.... UNLESS the fact about the χ-blade being a standalone weapon and the Keyblade being a powerful imitation, then perhaps MX's Keyblade could be the first imitation. Question: What's so special about the "Dark Keyblade" imperfectly forged in Kingdom Hearts? First it seemed it was unique because it could "unlock" hearts, but then MX (and I think other instances in BBS) proved that that was not the case. Who knows when we'll get any explanation about Soul Eater's origins.
I hope they get clever and add in KH χ or something to that effect. Perhaps a BBS style multiplayer where you and your opponent can pit your deck commands and dream eaters against one another's.
A. I would have LOVED BBS online multiplayer, I loved that the Mirage Arena worked much better than CoM's multi player, it treated you as your own Keyblade Wielder (albeit a recolor of Terra/Aqua/Ven) but still allowed for skill customization with your equipped Keyblade and Deck Commands. B. I would love a 3rd installment to the Dissidia series C. I would love a KH Dissidia, either functionally or thematically (either it be a KH game LIKE Dissidia, or a KH game like Dissidia with references to Cosmos and stuff-- either with same story as Dissidia, or evolve the Mirage Arena as a world with PLOT much like Dissida)
What's depressing about this is, the reason that is is because of PSP's especially limiting Ad Hoc. This was their opportunity to make Mirage Arena online playable, and considering the way they're handling it, it sounds like they're comfortable spitting in the face of what was already essentially a masterpiece just to shove KH3 down our eager little throats that much faster. While I can agree the franchise gets new titles quite slowly, that's what pumps me up for the next title even more, maybe I'm strange, but KH2 and BBS have brightened the heck out of my month or two just by being well made and immersive and shiny and new and long deserved. I very much hope they do all they can to prove this isn't just another arbitrary graphical update of KH2FM+ & BBSFM. Personally I wanted the multiplayer, but if they add some other cool NEW functions here and there, I guess I'll be impressed. Like Laguna or something, idk but 100% agree Vincent in Halloween Town ftw. I will say 2 more things: 1. As much as I love FF7, there are much too many characters, and the only alleviation is giving them different worldly lives (like Zack's origins in OC or Seifer & Co's in TT) 2. How awful is that? Telling us what they failed to do before the game is even in our hands to enjoy? Telling us that Laguna was planned after the fact was cool trivia, this now with Vincent? That's just shameful imo
However, there was a time Eraqus & Xehanort shared a body (Terra's) and considering all the complicated theories about where Terra's heart and body come into play with the Ansem+Xemnas equation, and Eraqus complicates things further. So this conversation can still happen following BBS.
The only thing I'm concerned about is if the Mirage Arena will feature an online mode to play with friends. That and any other possible enhancements to Mirage Arena's fun multiplayer gameplay and customization. I want to customize my Keyblade Armor and Deck Commands and kick butt online, the Command Board game was pretty fun too.
Who is the one follower who did not get a tome of prophecy? Could it have been Eraqus & Xehanort's Master?
Well it sounds like it's generally just trying to explain that the cards in the game refer to characters who haven't appeared yet
As for online features, I hope Mirage Arena returns. The only ~working~ method is to have an optional game mode allowing you to use Deck Commands (either hue changing Keyblade Armor for Sora/Riku/Mickey, or a semi-custom character) Either way, for head-to-head, need a battle system that allows opponents to differ greatly from one another.
First, just gotta say, WOW. I'm about as excited as I can be until the release begins to approach (while in possession of a PS4) Anyway, just a few things about the trailer and potential game content. 1. Is there anyone who can translate the "command menu" to ensure it's nothing more than Attack, Magic, etc, or if it contains Summon, Drive, and/or Limit? 2. Does the gauge near Sora's HP read "EX"?
Oh, I stand corrected. Huh. Surprising. Yay, more gusto than Epcar. Oh, really? Hayden voiced both Kairi & Xion in BBS' ending and such, I like that they split them up, Alyson Stoner did fine as Xion. Speaking of Alyson Stoner, is anyone else surprised Emily Osment has yet to voice-over a character in Kingdom Hearts?
Correct for the most part, but I think it's easier to play them in order of KH, Re:CoM, Days, b/c you're going directly from Sora to Sora, then he goes to sleep, and you don't have to think about him til AFTER 358/2 Days is said and done, they overlap, yeah, but not in any urgent "what's happening over there?" way if you play it like that. It's "oh, I know what Axel's doing right now, he'll be back" not to mention its ending sits right next to KH2's beginning. (only reason I'd play it in different order is if you wanted to feel almost as dumbfounded as Sora, where the most recent thing you remember is Sora going to sleep lol) Also, I very much doubt that the cast is entirely returned to re-record everything. Richard Epcar will be replacing Billy Zane for good this time, I can almost guarantee. As long as Hayden Panettiere voices Kairi. If Alyson Stoner voices Xion again, I don't mind, it drives the point that she is on the edge of becoming her own self even further.
Hmmm, 2 things are all I care about N.A. release of these titles: Will I be able to toggle some FM features on and off? (I absolutely hate FM Heartless color schemes.... and if BBS is PLAYABLE in much the same way God of War Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta later were, I'm SET
