i was just derped in adding it in, and i figured it out after waking up this morning, i screwed up one digit of the Master Codewhich was causing the codebreaker to foul up the loading of uLE (i entered in 983088E0 0C0C21E0 Instead of 903088E0 0C0C21E0 )
