Really I just have a question for anyone that has gotten this to work. I've been attempting to use DVD Decrypter to rip the information of my Re:CoM disk, apply the patch and then burn it to another DVD. The problem I'm having is I can't seem get DVD Decrypter to rip the Re:CoM disk properly and thus I can't really proceed any further. So really all I'm asking is for some kind of guide of how to apply this patch properly and what kind of programs should be used in doing this.

Really it is amazing how helpful Stitch can be in the Terra fight. With Stitch all you really have to worry about is dodging Terra attacks, because as soon as Terra can be attacked again, Stitch will just stun Terra and allow you to freely attack him. It is amazing how helpful Stitch and even some of the other summons can be in the Terra fight.
Yep, they are in the Key to Rewards Room, and there is one in the Calm Bounty/First Chest you open in Traverse Town (go back to Traverse Town after you get a Treasure Chest Map Card.) Basicly there are (I believe) 13+ new cards, these include enemy cards for the rest of the organization members, and new Keyblade cards (I believe they are Hidden Dragon, Monochrome, Follow the Wind, Bond of Flames, Star Seeker and a few others.) Really the new cards are just fun to get, and the Xemnas Card being found in Wonderland still makes me laugh.
