Just curious to see if anyone has read things that are on more of a college level/adult level of liturature and what you thought of them. I'm talking about writers like Kurt Vonnegut, Haruki Murakami, Thomas Pynchon, Walt Whitman, Ayn Rand, Hemmingway, Kafka and soforth. This excludes such lovely modern books such as Twilight, Harry Potter, or anything you can buy on the shelves at a wal-mart. I personally just finished The Trial by Kafka for the 2nd time and I really enjoyed the 2nd go through it more than the first. I've found that to be a trend with his writing.

Hey guys, I'm just wondering what your opinions of body jewelry are. Simply put, what makes you hate/love/puke/jump/scream/glomp when you see them? What kind of contexts do you think they have socially? Etc? I find body jewelry very cool as long as they fit the person and stay away from the naughty areas. Here are a few pics of cool body mods that I think are cool. The first one is my GF's neck "Dermal Anchors" and the 2nd two are my piercings. One nostril ring and a Custom Industrial that goes through the Tragus and the Conch. So have at it - What are your opinions on piercings? Please refrain from any "/hate emo" crap here thanks! =D PS. This is less a place for "Piercings are gross eww" and more a place for "I think the image you portray to society with piercings is..." =) Also, an interesting topic for discussion, how extreme is TOO extreme? also, feel free to post your own piercings for discussion. Long as we keep it civilized this should be fun.
So me and my GF went and got some more piercings last night, if anyone remembers I made a thread a while back about which one to get next, and this is what I personally designed for myself. Its pretty cool because its custom =) And this is what my GF got! =O Yea we're cool, But what next ? Any suggestions? I'm probably taking Darky pretty soon to get his lip pierced ^_^

Hi everyone, these are several (9) drawing from when I was first learning to draw. These occurred from my 8th grade year until my sophomore year. Now looking back on them, I can safely say I've made vast improvements, and it shows exactly how far you can come. Since then, they have been moved from house to house more than 3 times, crumpled, stomped on, etc. So the scans are rather low quality. With that, I hope you enjoy them as much as I have been lately. Feel free to give any comments you like.
