Qamar nodded to Torrin. "Sorry, I'm bad at choosing the right time." she admitted, scratching her head. She crossed her arms and watched Torrin, rolling her eyes. In the moment, she suddenly felt her own darkness bubble up, wanting to be let out. She took a moment and closed her eyes, a tiny dark aura surrounding her and then disipating. She opened her eyes again to see Torrin returned. Suddenly, a burning could be felt on her body and she started to swipe at the dark flames. She looked over to see Boreas and heard him bark about them not talking and doing more fighting. Qamar nodded. She agreed with him on that one, knowing he was correct in the way he spoke. So she did just as he suggsted and jumped back to try and give her more room for momentum. Her eyes shifted down to see the little purple over-skirt thing she was wearing was now....brunt all over. The edges and the inner parts had now gotten small holes where flames peppered her. She sighed, knowing she wasn't actually hurt that much herself, but she had still lost a pretty big part of her outfit. "Guess I'll need to change, then." she shrugged, reaching up and tugging at her hairbow. She then wrapped the bow around her neck as the darkness poured out, changing her clothes and letting the hairbow grow in size. She was now in her Domination form, ready to strike. With incredible speed, Qamar was now launched at the Horned King. Along the way she transformed her blade into it's Rapier form. She skid to a halt in front of the Horned King before rapidly stabbing at him, feeling her own life sucked away in the process. Deciding that was enough, Qamar jumped back and found herself, standing nearby Boreas. Her eyes glanced over to him, watching him and noting how focused he was. "Scary." she muttered. Qamar went into DOMINATION and used PENETRATOR for 10 HITS (-50 HP) Qamar's Info HP: 47/120 MP: 15/15 FOC: 41/41 FLUX: 0/3 STATUS: Leafga (1 Turn), Rainbow Glow (2 Turns), Inspiring Presence (2 Turn
"Okay....sure, we won't. Just don't scare me like that, please." She asked him, backing off. She saw the case was cracked to him's phone and the screen was safe. "At least it was just the case..."
Eva looked down at the phone and then up to Terry. "Why'd you freak out?" she asked, standing up and stepping closer to him. She reached towards his phone to try and get a look at the electronic.
"Torrin's a show off!" Qamar barked out towards the man. She turned back to hear Enzo return the pleasantries to Aria. "Your name's Enzo? Mine is Qamar." she commented, nodding at him. "Nice to meet somebody who isn't trying to kill us for once. We've already had enough death with this group, I'd rather not tack on another." she said, swinging her keyblade around. Darkness covered her keyblade as it broke into two halves into her hands. She held them to her side, glaring at the Horned King. Torrin ended up doing his thing and sliding up next to Aria. Qamar looked upon him and managed to see the Horned King attempt an attack. Qamar jumped straight up to dodge the attack, landing back down with a small spin. She gave a bow for her performance and looked upon her comrades. "Aria, you guys took down that clown right? I just remember him being annoying that one time..." she shrugged. Qamar launched herself towards the Horned King, performing 7 strikes to his body. She backed off, giving herself a moment to breathe before she gave him a drop kick to the head. She landed and immediately jumped back to Aria, Torrin, and Enzo. She stood there, breathing heavily and looking to Torrin. "Torrin, I gotta ask you first. You're Boreas' like, best friend right? Do you think...do you think he'd be a good teacher on channeling my anger...?" she asked. "He just...he just seems to calm and in control of his anger. Especially back when he was fighting that Light Chaser student." She looked on to the man in question. Qamar ATTACKED and performed SONIC BLADE Qamar's Info HP: 92/120 MP: 15/15 FOC: 41/41 FLUX: 3/3 STATUS: Leafga (2 Turns), Cheer (1 Turn), Rainbow Glow (3 Turns), Inspiring Presence (3 Turns)
Ananta listened to Ignis and glanced towards her. "Ah...a castle...we were on an island and had a fun beach adventure. Ended up solving a lot of personal issues. And in that time, I realized I was a huge jerk to Karina..." Ananta sighed, staring at her boots. "Now I'll never get to see her again and just...talk to her. I just want to know what's got her so messed up. She said it was her dad, but I wonder if she'd ever bother to tell me the story or let me be a friend?" she wondered that last part to herself. Ananta looked straight at Ignis and nodded when she mentioned Faust has a bad sense of humor. She pointed out he has a weird time talking to girls. Ananta tilted her head and saw Ignis' face go red. "Oh? Did he flirt with you? Your face is really red, like your hair." she teased, whispering to Ignis. "Come on, you're a lady, at least act like it." The party had finally stopped and they were all talking amongst themselves. Ananta listened closely to Milo describe his book and something about the heart of Atlantis. Atlantis...that word...it caused Ananta to stand up, looking down at Milo. She wanted to ask him more, but she just couldn't. Especially since they were technically prisoners. She sat back down and opted to listen to everyone give their stories and she listened along, enjoying hearing them. Ananta glanced around, looking at their surroundings and gazing in awe. Her eyes caught glimpse of tan figures with tribal markings and sharp spears. Ananta tilted her head, memories flooding her head of ancient texts and documents she had read. A time long ago when her world was still part of another world... Ananta shook her head, watching Milo run off. The group was soon taken along to follow Milo. They finally approached a gargantuan city. One that looked to be paradise. Ananta gasped in awe. She rose to her feet only to fall to her knees moments later. Tears escaping her eyes. "My home...my home...it...it reminds me so much of my home..." she muttered, trying to hold back the tears. "How is this possible?" she wondered, looking to Ignis. She looked back and muttered only, "Xaoni"
Laguna looked at Ananta a little uneasy. He didn't loosen her bindings, but he did at least not shove her around like the other men were doing to the other prisoners. He quite enjoyed the returned compliments, but he was becoming flustered with Ananta. "N-No, I'm experienced, I just...I haven't really met another um...person like you before?" he slipped on his words as he led her to the truck. He was called out by one of the other soldiers, which made him jump a little. "Hey, I'm doing my job. Do yours!" he replied. By now, Ananta was now put into the back of the truck and sat next to Ignis and Faust. Laguna opted to stay outside and continue his duties out there. Laguna looked towards Castur and tilted his head. He shook his head and turned away, going about his business. Ananta sighed and sat down, staring at the floor. She tried her best to get untied, but that didn't happen. She felt defeated and was amazed that Laguna didn't quite budge how she wanted him to. Then again, she never really was that great at flirting, so that was to be expected. Looking to her left, she stared at Ignis and heard Faust trying to make friendly with the soldiers. "Ignis, where did you pick this kid up? He doesn't seem...right?" she shrugged.
"Yup....but I guess we could always just hang out at an arcade or the mall if that happens...." she shrugged. "Or go to your house and play games," She suggested, tilting her head. "Though that'd be a little awkward to explain to your parents huh?" She figured his parents would be suspicious why he suddenly brought a girl to his room. "I don't think you've ever really brought girls back to your place....huh?"
Eva managed to find a secluded corner in the bookstore and sat down on a small couch. She patted the seat next to her and had Terry sit down. She scooted closer to him and felt her cheeks flush as she put her hand up to his face and bring it close to hers. Her other hand managed to snap the needed picture before she jerked away and typed furiously. She put the phone away and sighed deeply. "That...that was stressful enough already..."
Ardyn appeared and Qamar glared at him, her eyes widening. She did not like the guy and the fact he would just suddenly appear. Especially after he just mentioned doing wrong to a teammate, even if said person wasn't a very good person. He mentioned putting the Horned King into the cauldron and Qamar looked upon the creature. His army were now set upon the group as they were left to decide upon a plan. Aria had already begun her assault on the cauldron-born, so Qamar followed suit, slashing at the few she was able to attack. She ignored Illiana's quips about things being boring and how she wished things were more interesting and blah blah blah. Qamar was sick of her attitude by this point and she ended up just straight up ignoring the girl. Qamar continued to defend against the skeletons, trying to keep them from attacking Aria and the rest of the group in the process. Torrin and the rest of the group appeared and Qamar saw a shimmer of hope in them. Of course Aria was distracted by Torrin appearing and she nearly got hurt in the process. "Aria, don't be so lovestruck and focus on the battle at hand!" Qamar yelled out, ducking under a sword and kicking at the skeleton's legs. Boreas made his entrance and Qamar was impressed, to say the least. After all of this, she was set on perhaps learning a thing or two about his fighting tactics. They seemed to work and she was impressed with the way he was able to control his own darkness in the past. The raw power from when he fought Chrys was intriguing and Qamar wanted to learn more from him. Besides, Torrin was more focused on Aria anyway, so she would never have a chance to learn anything about the darkness from that one. Qamar moved back to Boreas and Thallasa, guarding against multiple attacks from the skeletons. After Torrin showed his relief that Aria was alright, the cauldron-born stopped fighting the group. Qamar kept her blade raised and glanced around, wondering what happened. The Horned King bellowed out to the group, causing Qamar to jerk her head towards him. Not wanting to sit around and be basically motionless, Qamar launched herself towards the Horned King. Along the way, Qamar had cast Sabera on herself. A rush of energy overcame her and she stopped a moment, glancing to Aria. The girl was cheering the party on as well as using a defensive spell on the party. "Thanks Aria!" she called, a smirk on her face as she readied herself for the Horned King. She even felt faster and more defensive from using her magic. To say the least, the girl was ready to lay the smackdown on the Horned King by now. A new guy had appeared and was already near Aria. Qamar did not like this, but she needed to hurt that Horned King first. Rushing at an incredible speed, Qamar looked as if she was disappearing between slashing the Horned King. She was inspired by Boreas' attacks to add a little flourish to her own. In the midst of attacking, she spun her keyblade around and held it like a dagger to stab into the Horned King. She then finished with a jab from the hilt of her keyblade in the side of the Horned King's head. The force of that final attack caused her to jump back and skid to a halt beside Enzo and Aria. Qamar heard the comment about Aria smelling like rainbows. Her eyes rolled and she stood up, breathing heavily. "And you smell like you're not from around here. What's your name? Mr Fresh?" she chuckled. Qamar ATTACKED and used SABERA on herself! HP: 120/120 MP: 6/15 FOC: 41/41 FLUX: 3/3 STATUS: None
Inna wasn't surprised by the turn of events, but he didn't bother commenting. Instead, he watched his teammates a moment before he saw Evie snap. She ended up attacking and getting ready to dodge. "Evie! What happened?" he called out, concerned. "I mean, taking your agression out on him is great, but please be careful." he finished, turning to the boy. Holding his spellbook close, he held his other hand out to shook water. He then put the book away and stood near Evie and Gale. Inna used Aqua Stream and prepared to dodge.
"If you could pay attention for once in your life, Illiana, that'd make this whole ordeal go a lot smoother." Qamar sighed deeply. "Perhaps we should consider what the witches mentioned? Sacrifice of a willing soul to end the cauldron's dark magic..." she glanced towards the cauldron, watching countless undead stream out. Qamar shook her head and turned away. "No, let's try to think of something else. There's gotta be something we can do...that doesn't involve any more killing." she pulled her keyblade out, holding it ready. She was aiming to at least keep the undead at bay while the others thought of a plan.
Qamar was surprised by the caslte suddenly shaking. She tried to shield herself in case anything fell, but she could only really turn her face away. She opened her eyes once more to see Aria freed and removing the chains from everyone. Once she was freed, Qamar looked at the rest of the party and then to the cauldron. "I think the only way we can solve this is trying to fight...but, I don't know how long we'd have before things got too bad." she looked around and sighed. "What do you guys say?"
Got something to change. Unequipping Sweet Memories as my OH blade Equipping Oathkeeper as my OH Blade
Aria had woken up and Qamar was relieved she was talking to her quietly. "I'm okay, but I don't think we'll be okay soon." Qamar whispered to Aria. Master Thallasa asked if anyone could free her. Qamar wiggled a bit and tried to lift her foot up. "I wish I remembered to put a spare blade in my boot." she sighed sadly. "I always used to do it a long time ago..." She shrugged and lowered her foot again. Even if she did have a blade in her boot, nobody would probably try to use it. At this point, they were stuck. The Horned King spoke again, letting them know just how royally screwed they were. He lowered a skeleton and soon a thick green mist was running amock along the corpses littered about. A goon tried to stab his spear into the thick mist and was soon attacked by a skeleton. Qamar's eyes widened and she looked to her left and right. "Oh fuuuuck naw I am not dying like this." She whispered, trying to shake shackles off of her.

"Are you saying you don't want me to have a sleepover at your house?" Eva asked, shocked. "And I thought we were closer than that!" she laughed. She turned and walked a little with Terry, thinking to herself. "We better make this seem official with a picture." she said, glancing around, trying to find a decent place to take a picture. Eva spotted a bookstore and got an idea. "Hey, we can take a picture in the book store. My mom'll think it's wholesome and you're a good kid." Eva giggled.
Ahh, she knew that was a bad idea. But these military men are a fickle bunch, so Ananta wasn't too pestered by it. Her own world had an army of it's own, but she didn't remember it ever being used. Ananta shrugged when they were ordered to be put in shackles and watched closely. "Gosh, if only we didn't have to be shackled like prisoners when we've done nothing wrong." she commented, glancing at Faust and Ignis. Ignis mentioned a newcomer with the army unit, but Ananta didn't quite pay attention to that. Sure there was a guy who just kind of approached suddenly towards the end of the small conversation, that wasn't really out of the normal anyway. Her eyes were caught by the odd man who ended up fully removing his mask and helmet, revealing his brown hair. Rourke called him Loire and he seemed really inexperienced by the way he stumbled over his words. Ananta even caught on to the fact he was attempting to compliment her. A smile crept on her face as he shackled her and she had an idea. "Aw, those are some sweet words. I'm flattered, honest." she said, lifting the shackles. "Tell me, let's say you unshackle me when they aren't looking or maybe loosening these up a little bit?" she asked him, talking a bit low. "Either way, I'd deeply appreciate it, Laguna." Ananta did her best to try and make herself look even more attractive for him. "Say, you don't seem to be very experienced in this. Are you new to this whole operation? Tell me more about yourself."
"Honestly, yes. She's been dropping hints about me wanting to get a boyfriend or something for months. I guess she wants grandkids or me to have somebody I love quickly? Don't ask me, she's the one that wanted it." Eva shrugged. "And that punch totally did not hurt you, it hurt me more than anything." she said, squeezing her hand.
"I'll have to agree with my teammates here." Ananta said, turning around and glaring over the water. She caught a glimpse of something in the water, but she figured it was just another of their own lagging behind. She turned back to her own group and watched Ignis start to immediately flare up in attitude. Ananta tapped her chin a second before she glanced over to Faust and watched him do a poor attempt at being a magician. "Faust, if you want real magic..." she uncrossed her arms and held her hand towards him. An Aeroga spell took over him as it dried him nearly all the way off. "Then at least attempt to use magic." She shrugged and put a hand back on her chest, feeling for her crystal necklace. She played with the stone, thinking to herself. "Probably shouldn't have done that." she mumbled towards Ignis, chuckling awkwardly.
By now, Dastgir had written down everything Finlay had said about himself. Well, at least the parts he didn't already have written down. it wasn't like he hadn't already heard this before, but he decided amusing Finlay was better than ignoring him. Dastgir put his journal away and sighed. Dastgir took Finlay's hand off of his shoulder and turned to him. He cleared his voice and took a firm stance. "My name is Dastgir. I come from a world whose name I have currently forgotten. I had hit my head, so that's possibly the reason why. In any case, I am currently 258 years young. I am a Guardian of the Seven Sages on my homeworld. My halberd has been used to stop many evil-doers in my time of service." he touched the crystal through his cloak and pulled out his halberd. He stomped the end down onto the ground and glanced up at the blade that reached 6 inches above his head. He was already tall to begin with, so this was a pretty darn long weapon. "Let's not forget, I am betrothed to a future Sage from my world. Her name is Ananta and she absolutely hates me." he laughed jovially. "But, I am determined to try and show her I am worthy to be married to her. Ah, I wish I could find her...but I believe she's in the Realm of Light. So I'll eventually see her, I suppose." he shrugged. He glanced at the rest and wondered if they'd do something similar, but he wasn't sure, considering Finlay was pretty...unique.
