View attachment 49215 As evident in the time table above provided by Square-Enix, Kingdom Hearts will be featured in their annual E3 livestream, with 'Kingdom Hearts Union X[cross]' being the focus at 10:30 a.m. PDT, while 'Kingdom Hearts III' will be featured at 3:00 p.m. PDT. While their appearances seem to just be gameplay/demo related, there is always a chance Tetsuya Nomura might make an appearance to discuss further developments with these two games.
The approximate size that is listed on the bottom of the page is 10.09 MB, so unless this is just a placeholder or a typo, I'm guessing this DLC is just a cosmetic preorder bonus. Either way, Nomura never ruled out the possibility of DLCs, though if we do get them, I'm guessing they'll be to KH3 what the extra content in Final Mix games were to the older games.
The official 'Kingdom Hearts III' page on Microsoft's website has been updated to include a new promotional image giving us a high-def look at new renders of Sora, Donald, and Goofy, as well as previously seen renders of Riku and King Mickey. I'm a bit torn on this. On one hand, I believe only Hayden should be voicing Kairi. On the other hand, if Xion's gonna be in the game (and let's face it, she most surely will be), I want Alyson Stoner to be the one voicing her. Yes, I realize that technically, the two are supposed to have the same voice, but still... As for those that would've hoped that Hayden would be the one voicing Kairi, it might be possible they haven't recorded her voice yet.
So glad Josh Gad's reprising his role! And I'm pretty sure I heard the voices of Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel in the trailer. If it isn't them, then those are some very convincing voice doubles for Anna and Elsa.
During the Microsoft E3 Conference today, a new 'Kingdom Hearts III' trailer was shown, revealing that there will be a world in the game based on the animated mega-hit, 'Frozen', as well confirming Larxene's appearance, a Simba summon, among other things. See for yourself:

Monday, February 3, 2014.... ~Forest in Japan~ After noticing something mysterious in the woods, four Stormtroopers left the checkpoint they were patrolling in the hands of a Cyberman while they investigated. "You sure you saw something?" one of the Stormtroopers asked. "I'm positive," another Stormtrooper replied, "It was right here. I swear... I saw someone." Sighing, the third Stormtrooper in the group said, "Alright, alright... let's keep checking." Just then, a powerful arrow hit one of the Stormtroopers from out of nowhere, trapping him in a peach-shaped sphere before being assaulted by multiple arrows being fired in a row, killing him. "We're under attack!" one of the Stormtroopers yelled, "I'm signalling the Cyberman to come and help!" The Stormtroopers then watched as a dragon was flying high above them with a Pikachu on top of its head... "Pikachu!" Haymitch cried as he sent a powerful Thunderbolt attack towards a Stormtrooper while Toothless dove down. As the Stormtrooper was being electrocuted while his two allies were trying to fire their blasters at Toothless, the dragon shot a powerful plasma blast towards the electrocuted Stormtrooper, killing him as well. Toothless then landed near the Stormtroopers, with Haymitch getting off of his head before the two started to run off. "Hey, where do you think you're going?" one of the Stormtroopers angrily questioned as he and his partner started chasing after Toothless and Haymitch. "Yoo-hoo!" a voice suddenly called out to the two Stormtroopers. As they stopped, the Stormtroopers were looking around to see where the voice came, until they found Hiccup, alone in his rider form, simply waving at them... "Hey guys!" Hiccup greeted the Stormtroopers, "Looking for me?" As the Stormtroopers looked at each other, one of them said, "You deal with this guy, I'll take care of those two animals." "Understood," the other Stormtrooper replied as he shifted his focus back to Hiccup, while his ally ran off to chase after Toothless and Haymitch, "I am going to really enjoy kill you, Rider scum." Putting his blaster away, the Stormtrooper took out a baton, pressed a button on it, causing it to extend until it grew into a riot baton. "Ah, so that's how we're gonna do it, huh? Good thing I came prepared," Hiccup said as he summoned his Banaspear. The two then charged towards each other, attacking and deflecting with their weapons as each tried to land a killing blow. Eventually, the two had their weapons locked against each other as they stared at each other's helmet. "Give it up, Rider. By the glory of the New World Order, your kind is extinct!" the Stormtrooper told Hiccup. "Give up? Why would I give up when I've got a really new trick to show you?" Hiccup replied. "Trick? What trick?" the Stormtrooper questioned. "This," Hiccup replied as he kept holding his Banaspear with his left hand, while summoning another weapon in his right hand. Appearing in his right hand was Inferno, a sword with a blade engulfed by flames. Hiccup then quickly impaled the Stormtrooper with Inferno, killing him immediately. As the Stormtrooper's body fell to the ground, Hiccup looked at both of his weapons, commenting, "Heh, I knew adding a second weapon to my inventory would come in handy." Meanwhile, the last surviving Stormtrooper from the group of four had been trying to chase after Toothless and Haymitch, attempting to hit them with his blaster at every chance he could. Suddenly, the Stormtrooper was hit on the side by someone who charged right at him. Getting up, the Stormtrooper noticed he was attacked by Dick Grayson, who was armed with his Escrima Sticks (a pair of electrified batons wired with tasers)... As Dick charged towards him, the Stormtrooper immediately got up and grabbed Dick, hitting his arms to make him drop his Escrima Sticks. The two then grappled with each other, each hitting the other with a punch or kick. Eventually, the Stormtrooper was able to knock Dick down, ready to finish him off. Grabbing his blaster from the ground, the Stormtrooper pointed it towards Dick, and was ready to fire. But before he could pull the trigger, the Stormtrooper's hand was chopped off by a tomahawk from the side. The Stormtrooper cried in pain as he fell to the ground, trying to see who was it that chopped his hand off. Looking up, the Stormtrooper's heart sank as he realized it was none other than the Rebel Alliance's leader, Ratonhnhaké:ton... "Attempting to kill my best friend? Big mistake," Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton said as he pinned the Stormtrooper to the ground, and swung his tomahawk towards the Stormtrooper's neck, instantly killing him. Sighing as he got up, Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton walked over to Dick, helping him up. "Thanks man, I really owe you one," Dick thanked his friend. "Do not mention it, Dick," Connor replied as the two noticed Hiccup, Haymtich, Toothless, and Katniss rejoin them... "So, is that it?" Katniss asked. "Not quite," Hiccup replied, "I heard one of them contacting a Cyberman for backup. Looks like it's the one they left at the checkpoint." "Speak of the devil..." Dick commented as he and the others noticed a Cyberman flying high above them before landing near them... "Katniss, NOW!" Connor cried. "Right," Katniss replied as she took out a small metal orb, and threw it towards the Cyberman. The orb, which in reality was a sonic stabilizer, landed near the Cyberman, temporarily disabling its Vibranium metal. With very little time before the effects of the sonic stabilizer wore off, Connor rushed towards the blaster of the Stormtrooper he killed, grabbing it, and pointing it towards the Cyberman's chest before pulling the trigger, sending a particle beam flying straight towards the Cyberman, damaging the Cyberman enough to cause it go offline and collapse. "And with that... the checkpoint is officially clear," Hiccup commented. "And with the tracker on the Cyberman, the New World Order is certain to come here and focus their resources on searching the area, completely ignoring that checkpoint... at least till evening," Katniss added. "Thus, allowing a safe passage for anyone that is being hunted and would like to venture to Surge's base," Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton said. As the group started to leave the area, Dick told Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton, "Man, all this hiding in the shadows can get tiresome. I mean, wouldn't it be cool if we got rebel cells in Toky-... erm, I mean... the Capital instead of some abandoned base in the middle of nowhere?" "Dick, you know that venturing into a major city is suicide for a rebel being hunted down by the New World Order," Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton replied, "Not just here. But the entire world. Planning and attacking from the shadows is the only way the Rebel Alliance will be able to bring the New World Order down. You of all people should know that after what we have been through." "I know, I know," Dick said, "Still, a guy can dream, can't he? I guess... I've just been feeling a bit homesick. What I would give to see our city, our home... freed from the New World Order, and renamed back to its original name." Spoiler: BGM As the group reached a cliff, Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton patted Dick on the back, telling him, "I promise you, Dick. One day, your wish will become a reality." As he looked around the room he was in, Darien still couldn't believe this was the same room where he was taken care of by the Tsukinos months ago when he was near death after getting wounded from a bullet. Walking over to the window, Darien looked out and saw the dark cloudy sky, realizing that there has not been a single clear sunny day in the Capital ever since the New World Order came into power. After hearing a knock on his door, Darien replied, "Come in." "Good morning, Darien," Ikuko greeted Darien as she and her husband, Kenji, came in... "Morning," Darien replied, "To what do I owe the pleasure?" "Well, there's something we need to discuss," Kenji said as he closed the door behind them, "We got a reply from the contact." Darien stood there silently before replying, "The rebels... we got clearance?" "Yes," Ikuko answered, "We were given the directions to their secret base in Japan after proving that they could trust us." "But... if anyone's gonna go there, it's gotta be done today. Otherwise, it'll be a while before there's another opening," Kenji added. "Right, I understand..." Darien said, "But... you sure you two can't join us. I mean, you are their parents." "Oh, I wish we could," Ikuko replied, "But..." "I work for a magazine that, ever since the New World Order came to power, has been printing nothing but propaganda," Kenji added, "If the New World Order realizes one of the employees of this magazine suddenly disappeared, they'll surely suspect something, and will stop at nothing to come after our friends and family." "It was a really hard choice," Ikuko said as she began to tear up, "To think... I'll be sending them off far away, wondering if I might ever see them again. As much as I want to never let go of Serena, Sammy, or Rini... I realize that if they stay here, they will continue living in tyranny while being forced to go through the awful new curriculum that the New World Order is enforcing on schools around the world." "Darien," Kenji added, "Promise me that you will look after them." Looking at Kenji in the eyes, Darien slowly nodded his head, replying, "I will." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~The Capital - Marco Diaz's Home~ After waking up and getting dressed, Marco Diaz was feeling a bit sad. He and Star Butterfly were about to do something that, once done, there was no turning back. But he knew that he had to do it. However, doing so would require a certain sacrifice, something that Star was willing to help out with. Hearing a knock on his door, Diaz replied, "Come in." Opening the door, Star Butterfly came in, carrying a backpack, with the same gloomy look on her face as Marco... "Morning, Marco. Ready?" Star asked. "Yeah. I packed all my stuff," Marco replied as he picked up his backpack, "Let's go down. Mom and Dad should be there." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~Schoolbus~ Spoiler: BGM As a schoolbus transporting young students to Nintendo Elementary School while driving through the Capital, Gumball and Darwin looked out the window, seeing the dark cloudy sky while Helicarriers were flying all around the city, and noticing how darker the city skyline was than it was before the New World Order came to be. "You know Darwin, I know it's been a few months, but it's now hard to believe that this is the same exact city that we used to call Tokyo," Gumball told Darwin. "I know," Darwin replied, "The city now feels more like a dark final level of an otherwise cartoony RPG video game." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~Akko's, Lotte's, and Sucy's Dorm~ Spoiler: BGM As she was in a deep sleep in the lower bunk of her and Lotte's bunk bed, Akko was quickly awoken by the sound of her alarm clock, gasping as she immediately got up and hitting her head on the top bunk. "Oww!" Akko cried from her pain as she noticed Lotte on the table reading the latest book from the 'Night Fall' series, while Sucy was preparing breakfast... "Morning Akko," Lotte greeted her roommate, "Better get yourself ready." "Alright, alright, I'm getting up," Akko responded as she got out of bed and stretched, "Wait... Sucy's making breakfast?!" "It's just omelette with shiitake mushrooms," Sucy said, "Don't worry, I won't be using you as a guinea pig to test out my concoctions... well, not for now at least." As Sucy gave Akka a creepy smile, a nervous Akko questioned, "Wait what do you mean by that?!" Just then, the three heard a knock on the door. "I'll get it!" Akko said as she rushed to the door and opened it, noticing it was Diana Cavendish, one of Nintendo High School's prefects... "Oh, it's you... Diana," Akko greeted Diana, not feeling exactly thrilled to see her, "What do you want?" "Good morning Akko," Diana replied, "I just came to remind you to make sure to get to your class on time, especially after being late for five times in a row. Such behavior isn't representative of the glory of the New World Order. You really should improve yourself not just as a student of this school, but as a citizen of this world." "Yeah, yeah, yeah... I get it," Akko replied with an apathetic tone. Sighing, Diana shook her head and walked away, telling herself, "Honestly, why do I even bother?" After closing the door, Akko complained, "That Diana and her nagging... how would she feel if someone kept ordering her around like that?" "Well, to be fair, she is a prefect, and you do have a tendency to be late to class," Lotte replied. "Hehe, Lotte's got a point you know," Sucy added, with Akko simply pouting and sweatdropping in response. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~Abandoned Military Base in Japan - Exact Location Unknown~ Spoiler: BGM Somewhere in Japan, an abandoned military base was being used by the Japanese wing of the Rebel Alliance as a hideout, where not only rebels gathered, but even refugees wanting to escape the New World Order. The place was crawling with families trying to make the best of what the base had to offer, as well as volunteers helping pass out food to those waiting inline. Two of those volunteers were Professor Augustine Sycamore, and Grandpa Hino, both accompanied by their Pokemon... "So, old timer, why do I feel like I've seen you before?" Professor Sycamore asked Grandpa Hino as they were passing out food for those in line, "Have you ever been to Tokyo University before?" "As a matter of fact, yeah, I have," Grandpa responded, "Me and Chad over here battled Diantha and her Gardevoir in a Pokemon battle over there. We didn't win, but we sure enjoyed our time there." "Piplup piplup," Chad concurred. "Oh yeah, I do remember that match," Sycamore replied, "Heh, good times. Before the world ended up in the mess it is now." "So, what brought you here?" Grandpa asked. "Well, I was a professor at TU. But after seeing all the changes that the New World Order brought, I wasn't happy with the way things were. So, I packed up, came here with Fennekin and Espurr to help the fight against the New World Order in any way I can," Sycamore replied. "Fokka," Sycamore's Fennekin concurred. "Nyapaa," Sycamore's Espurr added, concurring as well. "I see," Grandpa commented, "Yeah, I was more or less the same. Didn't want my granddaughter sitting through lessons at school that teach nothing but propaganda. So we packed up and moved here to not only stay away from the New World Order, but to help out in any way we can." "Well, I can tell you that you're a good grandfather by doing that," Sycamore told Grandpa. "Heh, thanks," Grandpa responded. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~Alexandria, Virginia - Empty Warehouse~ Lance Hunter, a British mercenary, was patiently waiting for Florent L'Belle, who promised to bring Lance a certain package in exchange for money. Eventually, Lance noticed Florent L'Belle arrive while being accompanied by two bodyguards, something that Lance and Florent both agreed on before scheduling the meeting... "Mr. Hunter," Florent greeted Lance, shaking his hand. "Florent," Lance responded as he watched Florent place a folder on a nearby table, opening it to show Lance a picture of a box, which was the package he promised to bring. "That's what I'm selling," L'Belle informed Lance as he pointed to the picture of the box, "I'm sure you'd like to see some credentials." As Florent showed Lance his New World Order government ID, Lance said, "Florent L'Belle, for someone working for the New World Order, you seem awfully indifferent selling an asset belonging to them." "Well I know the New World Order has plans for it. Something to do with S-types. Whatever it is, I don't know. But truth be told, my life in the past few months has been a wreck," Florent responded, "As far as I'm concerned, you are the highest bidder. Whether you're in it for profit or to sell it back to either the New World Order or to the Rebel Alliance to gain even more profit, it doesn't concern me, not anymore. All I want is to retire early and spend the rest of my life in Tahiti, away from all the conflict that's happening." "That's what I want to hear," Lance said as he placed a suitcase he was carrying on the table, and opened it up to reveal 5 million Gil (OOC: Gil is the official currency of the world after the New World Order took over). Happy to see that Lance had the money ready, Florent was about to reach into the suitcase before noticing Lance quickly close the suitcase. "The mystery I'd like to solve is, why should I be paying you so much?" Lance asked as he pointed to the picture on Florent's folder, "This looks like a box. Sorry... a picture of a box... a picture of a box you don't have." Sighing, Florent replied, "It was hard enough to steal it from New World Order. I had to hide it somewhere secure. Right now, I wouldn't be surprised if the New World Order wants me killed for treason. Now finding the package is up to you. I know your reputation. I'm sure you'll be fine. What I don't appreciate is you changing the terms on me now." While Florent was talking, Lance noticed another figure enter the warehouse and remain in the shadows, assuming that it was a third bodyguard for Florent. "I'm asking for clarification, Florent. You're the one who changed the terms, bringing more than the two guards we agreed upon," Lance said. "I... only brought two guards..." a confused Florent replied. However, upon turning around, Florent's heart sank as he noticed the other figure rushing towards him and his bodyguards, revealing himself to be Carl Creel, one of the New World Order's Inquisitors... Creel easily punched L'Belle's two bodyguards, knocking them to the ground, and then quickly snapping Florent's neck, killing him. Lance grabbed his gun, and started shooting at Creel, but none of the bullets were having an effect. Glaring at Lance, Creel punched him, knocking him to the ground, and then grabbing Florent's folder before running back outside. As for Florent's two bodyguards, they got up, taking out their guns, and were about to shoot at Lance before they were both shot and killed by someone. Looking to see who shot them, Lance noticed it was Melinda May and Skye (who were joined by Shining Armor), part of the Rebel Alliance in North America, and the ones who hired him to buy the package from Florent... "What the hell are you doing here? Who was that?" Lance questioned as he got up. "An Inquisitor," May replied. "He's gone," Shining Armor added as he looked outside to see where Carl Creel ran off to, "He's definitely gonna be sending Cybermen and Stormtroopers here. We'd best get out of here right now." "This was supposed to be an undercover operation," Lance said, "You want to explain why you're shadowing me?" "We were your backup, which you needed," Skye answered as she observed bullets on the ground that weren't able to penetrate Carl Creel's skin. "Yeah. So did he," Lance commented as he pointed to Florent's deceased body. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~Scrooge McDuck's Limo~ "So, my brothers and I appreciate you taking care of us while Uncle Donald is starting his new job working for some really rich guy," Huey told Scrooge McDuck. "But... uh... you never told us where we're going, and why you excused us from school," Dewey added. "Not that I don't mind taking a break from classes that teach nothing but how great the Supreme Leaders are, how the New World Order is perfect, and how the rebels are the scum of the Earth," Louie added. "Well, since you three asked so nicely, I'll tell ya," Scrooge replied, "We are going to find Atlantis!" "THE lost city of Atlantis?!" Webby cried, "That is so cool!" "Seriously, you're really gonna take us on an adventure like you did with Uncle Donald when he was younger?!" Huey added, feeling excited about the idea of going on an adventure. "Did I ever tell you tat you're my favorite family member?" Dewey told Scrooge, "Umm, don't tell Uncle Donald I said that." "Hehe, I knew ye kids were going to like the idea!" Scrooge responded. "Just one question, how are we gonna go there?" Louie asked. "Oh, Launchpad will be piloting my submarine," Scrooge answered. Upon hearing his name, the limo's driver, Launchpad McQuack, turned around to face the passengers while continuing to steer with his feet... "That's right kids, I'm gonna get you to Atlantis without any trouble whatsoever," Launchpad said as he was making several near-misses on the road without noticing, "In fact, I'm such an expert on piloting submarines that I only damaged 8 of the last 10 submarines I piloted. Or was it 9? Huh, can't remember." Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby all nervously laughed as they heard this, wondering if Launchpad really is the best choice to take them on this adventure.
During the kickoff to this year's Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour, series director Tetsuya Nomura finally provided fans with a release date for 'Kingdom Hearts III', stating that, while it's slightly off than the initial 2018 release date, it won't be very far off! And the release date is.... January 29, 2019 (And January 25th in Japan)

Sven does what he can to help Kristoff in his fight with the new World order, whether it be charging violently towards a group of Stormtroopers, or getting Kristoff far away from the enemy when outnumbered. Composer Kaoru Wada, who has arranged Kingdom Hearts music in the past, has confirmed that two new arranged song will be included in this year's world tour of the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra. In a Facebook post, Wada states: It is currently unknown if the arrangements are for completely new songs from Kingdom Hearts III, or for songs that haven't been included in the orchestra before.
