We're aware of the issue and are, once again, talking to our current host about resolving it. The problem stems from the fact our site is currently blacklisted on most popular email providers. So emails are being 'sent' just fine but they are not being delivered properly because services like gmail, yahoo, aol, etc. are refusing to accept mail from us. It's something only our host can resolve for the time being so I would ask for some patience in getting it resolved. Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I am currently using Windows 10 and just checked on Chrome (same version you are using) and the video in the profile is appearing fine for me. So I'm not sure the issue is on the OS or web browser.

As noted yesterday Square Enix has released a new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 2.8! The trailer originally was showed during Sony's Pre-TGS conference and includes a new remix of Simple and Clean, -Ray of Hope Mix-, as well as confirms a release date of January 12, 2017 in Japan and January 24th, 2017 in the US and Europe. I am really, really sorry for the long wait on this. There was trouble getting contact with KH-Vids' host which is why there was a delay in getting this issue resolved. But I am glad to say that you should be receiving emails from KH-Vids again!
