Matilda was surprised at the suggestion of a portal home. She heard whispers in passing about the idea that Sir Sigmund was a mage but she had never heard anything from a direct source, so given that she didn't want to believe it. However now with his offer of a portal, it was confirmed. Matilda had never used a portal before and wasn't sure what to expect. However she did know that her brother would be at home worrying about her, so she should take up his offer just to get home more quickly. "A portal would be great thank you. I will be back in the morning to change and re-clean and dress the wounds." Matilda told Sigmund. "Oh and Sir Sigmund if I may.... I wouldn't suggest making Seth work for at least a week unless you want to be paying for an amputation. His hand is really bad still and it will take a few days to start healing. You don't want to push your luck with it too much." Matilda advised before ducking through the portal, her brother in her arms.

When Matilda came out of the portal she found that she was not at home, instead she found herself in the middle of a street, a few kilometers from her house. "Well I guess we walk." Matilda said quietly as Gregory began to rub his eyes and snuggle up to her. He was very tired, so was she. She wished that she could let him sleep but she also homed he would stay awake. The boy was growing fast and for Matilda to carry him around everywhere was a bit much.
"Tilly where are we? I want to see Talon and go to bed." Gregory complained.
"I know Greg, we are heading home. We are not too far now. Sir Sigmund tried to help us get home faster, and I guess he didn't do so good at that." Matilda explained as she started walking the dark empty streets, her eyes on the ally's just in case something was to pop out at them.

Seth waited for Matilda and Gregory to go through the portal before turning back to Sigmund. "I know, that the docks are hiring, you have mentioned it before. I will go check it out tomorrow." He responded slightly irritated. "Now if you don't mind I would like to get some sleep and I am sure Micheal feels the same. It had been a long couple of days." Seth said. He had been interrupted once from his sleep, now he just wanted to go back to sleep again with Tessa in his arms. Just one night of peace in his life. That was all he asked. He would contemplate the meaning of the fact that Sigmund was a mage. What it could mean for them. For now the information would just remain in the back of his brain while he climbed into bed. If Tessa insisted on sleeping right next to him then may as well be comfortable.

Soon after her victory over the two wolf males, Felicia began prowling the city, the male wolves her guide. A lot of the pack had scattered since the attack on and possible death of their Alpha. Felicia would bring them back together under her rule. She would be the Alpha of New York, no matter how man people she had to beat down to submission like the two following her. They were part of the pack before, unlike her, so they would be able to lead her to the rest of the pack.

They had found themselves in an abandoned building where a group of werewolves hid. A few males taking care of some of the females in the pack. Of course they were not happy when an unknown female walked into the room holding her head high with some of their stronger brethren trailing behind her in submission. While the females and a couple of the males backed down to Felicia simply at the sight of her, not all did.

Three male wolves attacked Felicia, and though her two tried to help, she gave them a warning growl to back down. Three against three could seem like a fair fight and hold little merit when she won it. One against three however, that would ensure their loyalty to her when she won. Felicia took to fighting the three in the same way that she had faced the two. She aimed to hurt but not kill. Her fighting method remained the same as before as that proved to work the best against numerous enemies. It wasn't long before here too she was victorious. The was for sure the start of her pack. She already had ten following her, but it was not enough. She needed to control all the wolves of this city and make her former master proud. Too bad he wasn't alive to witness it. Though she supposed if he was she wouldn't be here right now.

The knife soon fell from Roxanne's hand as she stared at the work she had done with her knife, the damage to the dummy. Normally this sort of thing would had made her giddy. Not actually truly happy but just seem that way. However now as she stared at the training dummy, she only saw herself, and there was nothing to make her giddy about that. The past couple days had been the most stressful that she had been through in a while. Normally she kept to herself and did her own thing and the routine of it all gave her comfort, however when that was all broken she felt lost. On top of that she had felt more emotions, faced more of her past than she had allowed herself to in the past six months. She had nearly forgotten how painful it was.

Roxanne didn't entirely understand why facing
Brianne was one of the most difficult things of this all, but it was. Perhaps it was because she was forced to face the one person who she nearly got close to but made hate her. The one person who it seemed wouldn't allow her to protect. She could sit back and watch as Brianne got hurt because Brianne didn't want to deal with her. Every time she looked at Brianne she imagined Slavko showing up and murdering her like he had done her family and she wouldn't be able to stop it because Brianne didn't want to be anywhere near her. It was because of him. She was like this because of him and he wouldn't let her forget it. But more than that she fell for his tricks and did half the work for him destroying herself. She hated it. She wanted her old life back. She wanted her mom and dad alive. She wanted her baby sister with her, and she wanted the man she had loved by her side. However none of this was possible.

Roxanne sat on the floor simply staring at the damage she had caused. She almost wished she could do the same to herself, however when she reached for the knife she was shaking too much. She couldn't stand herself but she couldn't bring herself to do any more damage to herself either. Perhaps after some sleep she would feel better. Perhaps some rest would clear her mind and at least she could be the person no one liked again. At least she could stand herself like that. There weren't as many dark demons whispering in her ears. Though the thought of leaving the room scared her, so she decided it was fine to stay there for the night. Roxanne moved so her back was against the wall and tried to sleep though her mind wasn't making that too easy.

"Defying authority? All I did was ask a question. Do you even know who-" Talon was cut short as he heard a cross bow go off. Instinctively he went for his sword to protect himself, only to find he had left it at home. Of course he had left his sword at home, he was just going to a damn bar, there was no need for it. Or course by this point it was too late to do anything about the cross bow bolt flying towards him, and thus he was impaled in the shoulder. Talon grunted and staggered back. He was not quite sure what he should do in the situation. Part of him said help the people fight the clearly crazed city guard. However he knew better than to get himself arrested. He had already gotten himself hurt, he didn't dare do anything that meant leaving Matilda and Gregory on their own with no one to protect them.

Talon did the only thing he could do, despite his bleeding shoulder he stood up straight and looked at Kyle. "I am Lord Talon Edgar Rivera. Eldest son of Lord Alexander Edgar Rivera. I would advise against making an enemy of my family, unless you are looking to cause a lot more problems. All I asked was a simple question of what they have done wrong, and given a lack of answer and instead attacking anyone around, I will assume nothing. And unless you want a blood bath in the street because you are murdering innocents I would suggest you put the magic away and talk this out like civil human beings." Talon spoke in a noble tone. He hated having to talk and act like the nobleman he was, but sometimes it was required. Talon was becoming slightly pale from the pain but managed to keep himself upright for the time being, holding his ground against Kyle.

"No! That is not fair. Just because others did something wrong doesn't mean they all have to die. That is so mean! You just said fear was a good tool. If the bad person used fear to make the people feel like they had to do it then it isn't their fault. You shouldn't hurt them! I don't care what other people think you should do. It isn't right!" Annabelle fought back against Archon. A child's innocence was one of the hardest things to break. Annabelle tried to see the better side of people and not assume the worst. She just wanted it to be fair. Why should they hurt those who didn't do anything wrong?

Tatiana was pacing around inside when she heard yelling from outside. "Finally they are back!" She said with excitement when she had heard Veera's voice. Finally she could go see her brother and the nightmare might just end for a while. Tatiana turned to Kruez quickly before she went outside. "Thank you for everything, but I should be okay now. You don't have to follow me anymore. Go enjoy your life. You don't need to be caught up with me and my trouble anymore." She told him before walking up and giving him a kiss on the cheek as a thank you. After that she was out the door and looking for Veera.

    Tatiana approached the
woman who had saved her life the first time, glancing around at those with her. "You're back. I am glad you are alright after everything in Oxenfurt." She said to the woman before glancing around realizing a few faces were missing. "Where is my brother.... Or Derrick?" Tatiana then asked looking a little concerned. It didn't help that Veceslav was passed out as well, though Tatiana was not so acquainted with him or his abilities or stamina. She didn't want to jump to any conclusions too quickly but she was getting worried. "Is Aaron coming. He is just following behind right?" She asked Veera hoping that was just it. That was the reason her brother wasn't there.

Hendrick's words rung in Roxanne's mind comforting her slightly. However what it wasn't comfort for was facing Brianne when she showed up. Speaking of the devil, she had walked into the institute soon after, some random guy in tow. Brianne stopped for a moment to introduce her and welcome her back, but not for a moment did Roxanne believe the welcome to be genuine. Chances were that she was just forcing herself to be nice, especially after the way she had asked her to be nice. Did Brianne really not trust her? Did she really think she would hurt someone who didn't deserve it, who wasn't trying to hurt them?

    Roxanne half expected for
Brianne not to return, and when she did she was a bit disappointed. Though she supposed she couldn't really hide from Brianne, facing her was inevitable. "I got a message from your brother. He is on his way back with Masque." Roxanne explained to Brianne. Her hand slipped over her bandaged side once more as her mind slipped to the yelling that caused her to flee. Roxanne couldn't stand to face Brianne any longer with these thoughts in her head. She soon turned around and ran away without a word. She shoved her way past Hendrick and sprinted through the institute. She made her way to a storage room that wasn't used too often. It held some old training dummies that weren't being used anymore. There she took out her knife and started to stab at them. She didn't use her usually acrobatic style of fighting, nor did she practice carving it up. Instead she was stabbing with cold blood rage. Though at fist glance the stabs seemed random. they were not. Several followed the lines of the scars she now bared. There was a cluster where she had scratched herself till she was bleeding. And then there was a couple on the hand that the knife would have held that killed her fiance. In her own mind she saw it as stabbing herself.

"I have gotten enough information for today from this place. And this bar was fine before you started the fight. Either way I am not paying you a cent for anything. Now will you leave me alone?" Talon said as he exited the bar. He had left a few gold coin under the cushion of his seat for the barkeep to find when he was cleaning up. Talon doubted the random guy could afford to pay for the repairs but he could. That being said now he could never return to the bar because that would mean they knew he was rich.

Talon walked through the streets, most likely with Xross in tow when he came across a bit of a scene. A city guard was harassing some seemingly innocent people. It wouldn't be the first time he came across a situation like this. Talon considered just walking away and keeping his identity to himself for the time being, but in the end decided against it.

Lowering his hood Talon walked over to the group of people. If he kept his hood up and his identity hidden then he would have no say here. Only with his status did he stand a chance at giving these people a hand. "Excuse me sir, do you mind explaining what these people did wrong? From where I stand it seems like you are arresting them for existing. How is that fair to anyone?" Talon said as he glanced at Adolin. "How about you? Would you mind explaining from your point of view what just happened here?" Talon asked.

Terra made the lettering more bold on the picture before adding various flowers and animals to the picture. She detailed everything nicely before she darkened the lettering so it stood out. Terra glanced over the paper one more time to make sure it was perfect before finally turning it around for Sweallow to see. "For you. I don't know what happened to her or between you two that you aren't with her now but as a memory of her, take this picture." Terra offered Sweallow with a small smile.

That had kept her busy for a while but now she was still bedridden, still bored and still in pain. Terra let out a bit of a sigh as she looked around again for something to do. She really should leave and hide again but that wasn't going to happen. Terra went to stretch without thinking about it, causing a sharp pain to go down her back. Grunting Terra lowered her eyes and settle back in.
"Life is a dick." She mumbled to herself.

Of course after the first time Anthea decided to try suggesting something it was shot down due to the situation changing as soon as she suggested it. That was just her luck, and it didn't help her feel any better or more confident either. "Right...." Anthea said quietly as her eyes shifted back to the ground. She didn't fully understand what was going on between everyone but it seemed that Sir Kellan had some trouble with people related to the man that they saved.

Shuffling slightly closer to the group, Anthea gripped her staff for safety. What if this had all been a set up and people were now going to attack them because of the trouble that Sir Kellan had gotten himself in beforehand. A nervous look crossed Anthea's face as her eyes scanned the trees for any sign of other members of this Burning Blade group that was spoken about. She kept herself at the ready in case she needed to defend herself and glanced to Aston wondering if he was thinking the same thing or if it was only her. However the way he spoke to end the conversation she felt like he didn't feel threatened at all. Perhaps it was just her being overly concerned but perhaps she was right. It was better to be too cautious after all. Anthea kept her eyes to the trees, scanning for signs of trouble instead of involving herself in the conversation. She had not taken part of it until now, so why should that change? Besides if they were in any sort of danger it was best to keep herself not looking like any sort of a threat.

Laurentinus sat and listened to whatever he could through the door as Kara continued to seem to talk to herself. He wondered what was going on but it didn't matter too much, as long as she was still alive. Even better than that she didn't seem scared, whatever was happening it seemed to be going well for her. Good that was very good. She would be okay, he knew it. This was only confirmed when he heard her crack some sort of joke about how males attack first and ask questions later. It probably didn't help getting him through the door, but at least she was now alright enough to joke.

The door swung open wide enough for Laurentinus to get through and he didn't hesitate to enter. When he laid eyes on
Kara he smiled, seeing she was perfectly fine and untouched. He ran to her and gave her a hug kissing the top of her head. "You are okay. Thank goodness you are okay. I was so worried. I am sorry I shouldn't have let you go through yourself. I was stupid to allow it. But it is okay now, you aren't hurt are you?" He spoke softly to her almost trying to calm himself as much as her.

    Laurentinus was still holding
Kara when he noticed the spider near them and words scrawled on the ground. She must have been talking to the spider, and that meant it probably wasn't planning to hurt them. Given the situation he figured he should try asking the spider a question himself. Laurentinus released Kara from his arms, but stayed close to her, almost paranoid before he spoke. "We came here looking for our friends. One of them is tall and blonde named Conrad. The other is a smaller girl with light silver-blonde hair. Her name is Tessa. Do you know where they are?" He asked hoping that they were safe and the spider could take them to them. Once he knew that they were also safe, everything would be okay again. They could leave the cave and find the others once more and it would be fine, he hoped.

"I guess I would be sad if I couldn't be with Tilly. But that is okay she isn't going to leave me behind like mommy and daddy. Tilly will always be there to take care of me." Gregory said with a big smile as he took his teddy bear back and hugged it close. He didn't entirely understand anything that was happening but he could pretend like he did. That was when Matilda told him it was time to go and he started to cry.

Tessa had extended a gracious offer of them staying there, and it was late and Matilda did need to come back first thing in the morning. That being said it wasn't actually Sir Sigmund offering a place to stay in his own house for one. But there was also the fact that Matilda knew that Talon didn't fully trust Sir Sigmund and he would surely not be happy if they stayed there. Matilda would rather not deal with an angry Talon.
"Thanks for the offer Tessa, but I really shouldn't. My brother will be worried when I don't come home, and it isn't really your place to offer." Matilda replied, trying to be nice about it. She picked up her crying brother who was clearly over tired and started heading out of the room.

"Wait. At least let me walk you home or perhaps Sigmund can arrange something." Seth offered. He didn't much care about the girl or what happened to her, but Tessa did. He didn't want her to worry all night about whether she got home and if she was safe and all that. Seth looked over at Sigmund to see if he had anything to say on the matter. He had been quiet up until now but it was his estate and he invited this girl, so it was him that should be dealing with getting her home or not.

"Oh that is a shocker." Talon mumbled to himself as Xross spoke of being accused of rigging fights and antagonizing fighter. Given what the man pulled here he would believe that he was doing crap like that with the fight clubs, not that he cared too much. Xross then decided to question him back, though it wasn't a hard question. "Actually I don't really have much better to do. I simply like coming here every now and then to hear rumours of what is happening around this city and country of ours. People like these can be scumbags at times, but they have pretty loose lips and I like to keep myself informed. Now if you excuse me, I should be heading home." Talon replied before turning and heading towards the door, not caring to involve himself too much with this man.

Annabelle sat and thought about the question. She didn't like the question at all, but she knew that she was expected to give some sort of answer and not simply run away from it all. She thought about her time with Yana and how Yana did bad things and just made her follow along with it. Annabelle didn't believe herself a bad person though she did bad things because someone demanded it of her. Perhaps some of these bad people where the same way.

"Why not just find the person leading the bad people and punish them. You don't need an army for that. You are a powerful mage right? Can't you just find them and catch them by yourself? If you take out the bad person leading them all perhaps everyone else won't be so bad... I mean I did bad things because Yana told me to, but I am not actually bad." Annabelle replied to Archon the best she could. In her mind she didn't see why the King himself wasn't powerful enough to just go on and take out one person on his own. There should be nothing stopping him and it would solve all his problems.

Terra listened to Sweallow's words as she sketched a symbol for strength. "What else can you tell me? What did she like? What were her hobbies?" Terra asked. This served two purposes. Not only did it give her more to draw on the paper, but it also helped her to figure out how close Sweallow was with her and that would help judging whether she should push questioning why he wasn't currently pursuing a relationship with her. Terra didn't want to push too hard if it seemed like they had been really close, since chances were that meant something happened to her and Terra didn't want to make Sweallow talk about that.

No response from within. Tatiana didn't know if that was a blessing or a curse. She avoided being questioned by random witcher to why she was there, but she still was no closer to finding her brother or at least a familiar face. Tatiana hesitated as she took another step inside, glancing back to see if Kruez was still behind her. She was nervous that someone would spot her and get after her for poking around where she shouldn't be. Tatiana made sure not to touch anything as she walked around the large hall not sure if going upstairs would be better or remaining here until someone found her and could help her. Perhaps remaining in the hall was the best option.

"But it doesn't make sense!" Roxanne complained. She was just so frustrated with it all. "I thought it would actually make some sense and help us but nothing makes sense and anything that might give us a hint to what is going on has been removed. It is so unfair!" Roxanne slammed her book shut as she pouted. Everything was just getting so annoying for her and she was already on edge. Her hand drifted to her side that was bandaged by Hendrick's coat. "Why can't, for once in my life, things just be easy. Why can't I just win once?" Roxanne asked with a heavy sigh. All the hope she had was taken away, but Hendrick still seemed to think it could be useful.

Roxanne was so caught up in thinking about the book that she nearly missed the text from
Alarick. "I guess we should see if Brianne is back. Her cute brother texted me. Time to play messenger." Roxanne stood up and dusted herself off. "They so owe me an ice cream bar after this." She stated before stepping out of the library. She hated having to go face Brianne, and the only reason she was doing it was for Alarick, but she had to do what she had to do. Roxanne put on a smile as she started towards the front of the institute looking for Brianne. "Yoo woo miss grumpy pants. Are you here?" Roxanne called out putting on a braver face than she felt just to bother Brianne slightly more. Brianne had no right to see the side of her that Hendrick had, so she wouldn't no matter what.

Slavko took Nick's hand up. "It is okay, not too much harm done." Slavko responded in a charming voice as he ran his fingers through his sandy blonde hair and smiled a little. He subtly checked out Nick to add to the act before continuing talking. "Really it was my fault I should have been paying more attention. Don't worry too much about it. Although..." Slavko trailed off as he smirked a little bit. "If you want to make it up to me and my bent bike you could always take me out for a coffee. Here is my card. Call me if you want to." Slavko said as he slipped Nick a business card with a name and phone number on it.

Doctor Sorrow watched his subject's with interest. They had left Colton sitting somewhere safe, but he knew better than to assume that the boy was simply just sitting there. That was highly unlikely given who he was. The kid did everything he could to make his life a living hell, why stop now. Chances were he was doing something with those powers of his to help the others, the problem was that the doctor couldn't see what it was quite yet.

His attention was called away when he heard the door to the labs open and a
man walk in. Sorrow just watched as he sat on the desk, not in the chair, because who the hell sits in chairs anymore, it isn't like that is what they are made for or anything. Nooo they had to sit on the damn desk. Rolland calmed his inner mind as he turned to the man to answer the question. "No luck unfortunately. I did do a new experiment. Trying to take the genes from subject 566 and use them to inject into my daughter, Delia, to see if I could copy his powers into her. The process was more difficult but I won't bore you with the details. All you need to know is the experiment went wrong and she mutated instead, not even taking on any of his abilities. That is her over there." The doctor motioned to Delia. "A disappointment, but another subject to re-" The doctor was interrupted as the power went off and he heard the cages start going up.

Delia had been fighting hard when she heard Alarick call out to her. She did as she was supposed to, ducking out of the way of his attack on a robot behind her. Now there was two of them fighting hard and Colton had a moment to sit and relax like he needed to. As Alarick took care of Colton's back Delia took care of Alarick's. It was a good system and hopefully they could get out of here soon.

Delia hardly paid attention when the new person walked in. She didn't care who came to visit her father as long as they survived. Though her calm nature was shaken as everything went dark and quiet. However it wasn't completely quite because the bars to the cage were going back to where they came and there was the sound of someone stumbling around. In her wolf form she had better eyesight that she could see Colton getting to her feet.

"Run, now." Colton demanded though his voice was weak and quiet. He was tired, really tired. The work he did in causing this to happen brought a lot out of him. He used his powers to reverse the flow and reset the control board so until someone got there and set all the settings again they were good to go. Alarick and Delia had to get out while there was still time. Colton doubted that he would be able to keep up, not in his shape, but at least he could save the other two.

Doctor Sorrow couldn't quite see what was going on in the dark but that didn't matter, he could still yell. "Guards sound the alarm. The subjects are trying to escape." He shouted to the guards though there were only a few of them and none too near. "Don't just sit there boy, help me contain them again!" He ordered Drake. Doctor Sorrow was not totally sure what had just happened, how they managed to do what they had. Though it didn't matter, he would learn from it, but for now he had to just get them all restrained.

Shifting Delia walked back to Colton. "We aren't leaving you behind, I will help you, just do your best to stay conscious and quiet." Delia instructed as she slung Colton's arm over her shoulder to support him. "Alarick do you think you could go ahead. I will tell you where to go, that or help Colton and I will take lead, but if I do I won't be able to talk to you, you will just have to follow my wolf form. We don't have much time, father is calling for the guards, it won't be long before the place is locked down." Delia kept her voice low so hopefully her father couldn't hear, but they had to get moving, now. They had to get out while this opportunity was open to them because she doubted it would come again.

Slavko waited until Nick started up the car, when that happened he hopped on a bike he had..."legally obtained" and started to cut across a park to get a slight bit ahead of Nick and the others. Slavko wore a smirk on his face as she peddled alongside Nick's car waiting till they turned a corner. Just as they did Slavko ran himself into the side of the car making it look like Nick too the corner too tight and took out some poor blonde hair cyclist.

The hit was harder than he expected it to be, that being said, if this human body got injured, Slavko didn't really care too much, he could always get a new one. That being said if this was the body he used to get close to Nick then he had to keep it up. Slavko lay on the ground for a moment before slowly trying to get up as he glanced at the car, waiting for
Nick to get out. Then he could actually see how close he could get to the boy.

Finally, after so long of hiding away and plotting it was her time to shine. Felicia prowled out of the dark basement of an old rundown shop, onto the streets of New York. She had heard a few wolves flee some sort of battle that the Alpha was caught in, and now she could only assume he was gone, but it was time to go investigate first. On the open street's Felicia took off in the direction of the battle, soon catching the sent of wolf blood on the wind that would lead her the way she needed to go.

The woman slowly made her way into the old police building, past a couple of wolf corpses. She should have felt sorry for them, she should have cared for the lives of her own, but in truth she could care less. She just wanted to see the body for herself. Felicia followed the scent of blood through the building to the courtyard where she found more fallen werewolves. She let out a low growl as she circled the area. They were all so weak. More than that, Grason was no where to be found. She was sure that the man couldn't have made it through the fight, not when the rest didn't. Felicia knew that she had to look into it more, she needed to know if the spot of alpha was open. In the meantime there was free meat sitting around. She didn't care if it was her own species, if it were a normal wolf no one would care, so why care now. Felicia walked over to one that was half skinned and stuck her snout in it as she began to have a snack.

Felicia was quite enjoying her snack when she heard the snarl of two other wolves entering the room. Felicia casually lifted her head and walked over to them, her eyes fierce. There wasn't much needed to be said. Just by the way they acted they were there for the same reason she was, to ensure they had the right to become Alpha without having to take down the previous one themselves. Felicia wouldn't stand for this, though she couldn't just let them die. It would be a waste of perfectly good men to kill them, but they did need to learn discipline, something she was well trained in.

Two against one didn't seem like a fair fight, but Felicia was not scared by it. She was circling, keeping herself a good distance from the other two wolves, waiting. Patience was the key in situations such as this one. When the first attacked her she attacked back, slightly more quickly, slashing at it's side. The wolf was thrown off enough that he didn't make contact with her and was forced to move past for a moment. With the time she gained from that attack she was able to launch herself at the second wolf, biting at it's neck. She was not biting to kill but she was biting to teach it who was in charge. As the first wolf came back around she push force into her bite before throwing the wolf to the side. The first wolf was bleeding down the side but still able to fight. That would never do. She went back after it, this time not letting him try to attack first. She attacked straight at it's face leaving the wolf with a nasty cut across it's eye. It would make a nice scar later on.

It didn't take much longer before the two male wolves realized they were beat as then lowered themselves and laid in front of Felicia. How humiliating it must be for them to have a female standing over them. Times were changing and so should the pecking order within the pack. She was going to be the new Alpha now and no one was going to stop her, no matter how hard they tried. Felicia let out a howl as she stood over the two boys. This was only a small victory. Two was not enough to convince the masses, but it was a start good enough for her.

    Character Name: Felicia Blackwolf

    Age: 26

    Gender: Female

    Race: Werewolf

    Appearance: Here

Backstory: Since becoming a werewolf Felicia was kept out of the way of other wolves. She spent a lot of time in run down buildings, back allies, and various other locations that were abandoned, training. She was being groomed by an old werewolf for one purpose. At first Felicia hated being kept away from everyone else, she wanted to be part of society, however she adjusted to her life. The old werewolf that was training her whispered secrets and dreams in her ears that kept her moving, became her motivation. And when she was trained and surpassed her master she proved this by killing him.

After that Felicia laid in waiting, honing her own skills. She watched the other werewolves conduct their lives, and bow to their alpha. One day that would be her spot, but not yet. She was not going to cause a war for the roll of alpha, instead waiting till one began on it's own, when that happened she would step in and take her crown. The dumb mutts wouldn't even know what hit them when she did.

Weapons: When in human form she uses throwing knives and a sword if she has to.

    Magic: N/A

Roxanne was slowly shifting through and scanning book titles as Hendrick started to sort everything. Soon he had made a pile of books for her to go through, in the meantime he organized. Roxanne could appreciate the joy of having everything organized properly. However Roxanne herself couldn't force herself to focus on that task long enough to get it complete and it usually turned into more of a mess than she started with. That being said she could simply accept Hedrick's need to organize everything.

Although there was a table and chairs to sit at to do the studying, Roxanne took the pile of books and found herself a corner on the floor to sit on. She couldn't explain why, but she preferred sitting on the floor when she could, she found it easier to bring her knee's up close to her chest, and that was the position to sit that she found the most comfort it.

Knowing that she didn't have time to read the entirety of every book, Roxanne started to scan the index of each one, hoping that was enough to give her a hint if the book had what she wanted or not. As she read she found one book that gave her hope that she had found something close. Roxanne rapidly flipped through the pages until she found the part she needed. She read through it several times to find that she didn't understand anything. Her hope was shot like that. Roxanne let out a small scream of frustration as she threw the book across the room. She then picked up the next book and started to look through it, though as she flipped the pages she was more rough with them, frustration clear on her face. It would have been fine if she didn't have hope first but having it then losing it just made her feel horrible. She had to find something more. She just had to.

Anthea lifted her eyes to meet Aston's as he spoke to her. It all sounded so strange to her. Instead of being told to keep quiet and do what she is told instead of thinking for herself, she was being told to speak up and that they need more thinking minds. Anthea didn't know what to say to this, how to react. She already knew that she had to get more confident with this group, no one needed to tell her that. That being said getting to the point to actually do something was a different matter, it was a lot harder.

The idea of talking and being more confident around these people wasn't made any easier with
Baldomar's action in picking Sir Kellan up. Anthea cringed and looked away from that group. "Well if you don't mind me saying sir, I do think we should keep going before one of them completely scares off the poor man we just saved." Anthea said quietly as an attempt to speak up. Hopefully it would get them moving. "I believe we came from that direction, but I might be wrong." Anthea pointed out which direction she had figured that they came from. Aston claimed her to be a thinker, but she wouldn't consider herself that. Most of her knowledge and education was based on what Grason wanted her to know, nothing more. That being said she was not completely stupid, she did have some common sense.

"I am listening, you are just speaking more cryptic then is required. However I do like your idea." Koldo responded as he leaned back, folding his arms behind his head as he looked at his intern, a smug smile crossing his face. "You can be as good of an actor as you want but we still need some real bruises and real cuts to pull this off. Don't worry we won't hurt you too badly. Besides, you want to be like us, don't you. Sometimes we get hurt and have to learn to work through it. Think of this as a test." He told Lexander.

Then there was the subject of his sister. "Her life isn't my problem. It is all dependent on her in the end. Her mission shouldn't have taken this long. So say if she went soft, she can die like the rest. That being said if something happened to her and she is alive, I have no objections to taking her back with us." Koldo replied. He might not have liked his sister but she was still powerful with magic in her own right and it would be a shame to let that go to waste before the abilities were passed down to the next generation.

Koldo felt it time to wrap up the meeting. He would send word to the human later about what they wanted. That being the cottage for Wilkin, some money for Damian, a pretty little tea set for Lexander, and a couple of beautiful human girl slaves for himself. That should be enough to make the human's squirm. "So gentlemen, and intern. Tomorrow we will set out. We will blend into their society, find out who is the strongest and who is the weakest and use the knowledge to our advantage and destroy them from the inside. Take out the strongest first making it look like an accident and then unleash hell on the rest, and we get to play with our powers fully then." Koldo summed up what was discussed. "You are all dismissed. Meet back first thing tomorrow morning and we will head out. And intern, you might want to write a will just in case." Koldo told them.

Adelina smiled as Tessa took the children and cared for them so her and Zack had time to eat. Zack had kissed her on the cheek before digging in, and Adelina responded by placing one hand on Zack's knee. She ate in silence, simply observing what was going on around her. She watched Tessa care for her children, and listened to Zack and Chrono speak. Adelina really didn't have much a part in any of this though. Instead she was simply thinking about how to brighten up Tessa's day.

The answer to her question walked into the room soon after.
"Gale! Of course you are not interrupting anything. We were just all having breakfast. Come join us. I will go make you something quickly. There is a spot next to Tessa there open." Adelina offered as she jumped up to go make Gale a plate of food. Those two seemed like they would be cute together. If she could get them talking, perhaps Gale would ask Tessa out, and then the girl wouldn't be so lonely. That was going to be her goal. If she could get them talking then it would be fine.

"I will do my best to down one, but we need to keep one functional, just buy me some time. If I can reverse the inner working of one of them I might be able to reverse the signal back to the source and fry the circuits, if I do that, doors hopefully will open." Colton whispered to Alarick. This certain ability he had kept the full potential of it hidden from the mad doctor so far. The doctor knew of his knack for using it to pick locks and fry circuits when he had the time to work on it. But to completely reverse things was a different matter that Colton didn't even know if he could do, but he would try, it would just take a lot of time and energy to do. The amount of focus and energy it would take concerned Colton but he couldn't not try. He knew if he stayed here then he didn't have too much hop of surviving much longer. He had to get out and he had to get the others out before they experienced everything he had gone through.

Colton looked around for a way to help. At this point it seemed up to Delia to take out whatever robots she could and he would have to support her. He didn't really know what he could do with his powers to support her, but he would find a way. Colton glanced around for something, anything to be used as a projectile. Unfortunately nothing in the cage was small enough to fit between the bars of the cage and it was that size things that were best to use. He didn't have much option, but he could try something. It might be enough to get some robots off Delia, allowing her to fight more freely, and give
    Alarick a source of power.

Colton lifted up a box with his powers, bringing it as high as the roof of the cage. He then waited, taunting a robot toward him. When it started to head towards him he brought the box down with as much force as he could produce, crushing the robot.
"Can you use that to help you?" He asked Alarick, referring to his powers. "Put me down and fight the best you can. Keep them off me, I want to try something." Colton whispered quietly again as he did his best to suppress some coughing.

The boys were helping each other out, that was good. Delia knew that she could hold her own, it was Colton that she was concerned about. Alarick was strong, he still had some life left in him. Colton was a fighter but time was running short and she had a feeling as soon as his time came to an end, Alarick wouldn't have much time himself.

When Colton managed to crush a robot Delia found an opening to start to attack more. She now had a moment to use the boxes to her advantage. Circling around them and hiding before jumping out at the robots. Confusing and scattering the robots getting them to chase her. If they were not all together then it would be easier to fight.

Delia prowled behind a box, listening, waiting for one of the robots to round the corner towards her. When it did, she pounced on it, knocking it to the ground. Unfortunately wolf teeth and claws are not made for ripping through metal. That didn't mean she wouldn't try however Perhaps she couldn't pierce it properly but simply rip it's limbs off. However as she ripped at the robot she could feel the primal instinct tug at the back of her mind. She had to keep in control, she couldn't let her mind go full wolf or the boys would be in more trouble. She would control it.

Doctor Sorrow paced the cage while watching with a devious look in his eye. He was waiting for someone to get injured, he knew it would happen, and that would be entertaining. In the meantime however he could take notes for his study. What he had seen so far was nothing that he didn't already know, but he was going to keep pushing it. Perhaps he could break Delia's control over herself. Or perhaps if pushed far enough one would reveal a previously undiscovered power. All it took was pushing the right buttons and something might just happen. If not, at least he would get a good laugh out of it all and he could continue other research the next day. He was sure Drake would be waiting for some news. Though science takes time, sometimes Doctor Sorrow wondered if the boy understood that.

The look in Archon's eye scared Annabelle, however luckily for her he wasn't too harsh on her. "I know I should have asked but you said I wasn't allowed to leave my room, so I couldn't ask. And I feared if I tried to leave my room to ask, someone would push my back into my room so I couldn't ask." Annabelle rambled on to Archon trying to defend herself, though the attempt was poor.

The young girl then followed behind
Archon as he lead her to a courtyard. Stepping outside she was in awe of how beautiful the space was. Annabelle didn't hesitate to run into the courtyard and start looking around. She quickly found herself staring into a pond at the fish swimming around in it. There was no real reason that she was so intrigued with the fish, it was just something to look at for a moment and poke at to watch all the fish scatter from her touch. This was much better than being locked in her room. "Thank you Archon." She said before going back to the fish.

Matilda's brow furrowed as she studied Seth's wounded hand. She was listening to Tessa of course but her focus was more on Seth and his hand. She started dabbing at it with a damp cloth, studying the puss and blood that clung to the cloth. "Infected... and badly." She shook her head as she studied it more. "You are lucky, left this for any longer and you might have just lost your hand. Now then in order to try to reverse the damage you have done to yourself by not taking care of this wound, it is going to hurt so beware." She warned Seth before going through her stuff for a more powerful cleaner than she had used with Tessa.

Seth grimaced at the comment about his hand. He had dealt with it poorly, he would admit that, but he didn't think it was quite that bad. However what could he do? Seth took slight comfort as Tessa grabbed his hand, but he knew she was struggling to even think about Bryce. To be honest Seth was still in shock himself about what had happened. He didn't want to believe Bryce was the type of person who would do something like he did, especially after offering him another option at life. Seth squeezed Tessa's hand back to let her know he was there for her, but then let go, fearing that if it was too painful he might squeeze Tessa's hand too hard and hurt her.

Matilda set to work cleaning Seth's wound, forcing his had to stay still as she did. It was painful so him almost pulling away right away was to be expected, however she couldn't let him do that. Matilda decided it was her time to share with Tessa and Seth while she did this. Get their minds off the injury. "Your brother sounds like a nice person. I wish my older brother would care for us like that. Don't get me wrong Talon is nice and he tries, but I usually have to be the one to cook, and clean up after us, and look after Greg. Talon, well he more takes care of matters of the house and it's guests. He tries to keep us safe in his own way, but it leaves a lot on me to do. And I wouldn't say that that kind of life isn't exciting. I mean you got to run a bar and be around all sorts of people all the time. I mean I meet people with my job but only people around here, you know all the rich boring people, no offense Sir Sigmund. Given my age, Talon doesn't trust me to do anymore than that and well I have taught myself everything I know so few places will hire me based on that." She explained hoping that wouldn't deter them from wanting her help.

As Matilda talked Gregory got up and walked over to Tessa. He had picked up slightly on the sadness in Tessa's voice. He stood in front of her holding out his teddy. "Do you want a hug from Mister Teddy. He says you sound like you need a hug." Greg offered her. "Mister Teddy thinks you sound a little sad. But Tilly says her job helps make people happy. So why are you sad. Do you not love your brother?" Gregory asked in a child like innocence, only picking up bits and pieces of everything.

Putting her head down Matilda continued to work on Seth's hand. She had finished cleaning it and now was rubbing another type of salve in the wound to help the swelling go down. This one was slightly less painful but still not pleasant. When she was done that she began to wrap up the man's hand. "Now then that is everything for now. I will stop by tomorrow to change bandages and re-clean the wounds. Do not touch or remove these wrappings. Especially you Seth." Matilda instructed the two of them before looking over at Greg who was trying to talk to Tessa. "Gregory that is not the kind of things we should ask my clients. Come now it is time to go home."
"But I don't want to go home." Greg protested as he began to cry.

Roxanne nodded and silently followed Hendrick back to the institute. There was no bounce in her step, not joy in her eyes, but she was managing to function and that was the goal for now. While Roxanne had seemed to patch things up with Hendrick, that was not the case with Brianne, and Roxanne knew that she would have to face the woman soon. More than that she would probably be punished once more for her actions, and this time they probably wouldn't go so easy on her. The idea of punishment scared Roxanne, but she would have to deal with it, hopefully Hendrick would have her back too.

    When they reached the institute
Hendrick asked if she was ready to do research right away. Although her mind wasn't totally into it at that time, it was a good excuse to hide from Brianne. An excuse that Roxanne planned to take. "Yeah, lets go to the library." Roxanne responded as she took the lead this time. At least now she knew where she was and where she needed to be going.

Soon enough Roxanne found herself at the doors to the library. Stepping inside she looked at the pile of books that was kept there. The big question would be, where to start.
"Come on old man, lets see what we can find!" Roxanne said, excitement in her voice. Standing in the library helped her get a little more into her normal mindset and it never hurt to pretend on the rest.

Bio: Yvette is an energetic young woman with a sense of adventure. What she wants the most is just to see the worlds and escape her home land for the time being. She plans on eventually going back, but she doesn't know when. In her own town she is the daughter of someone quite important, and is treated as such. Getting annoyed with being treated so much better than everyone else, Yvette decided to leave and hide from all that by joining the Corps. Here no one knew who she was so she didn't get treated as anything special. That was fine by her.

With her own ability to fly, Yvette decided that would be the easiest course to go down, and she excelled. She loved to fly, not only on her own but she loved to be in control of a ship, no matter what the size. It gave her freedom in it's own way and it was amazing. Even when in danger Yvette finds the thrill invigorating and wouldn't pass it up for anything.

"It is bad, but not as bad as it could be. Whoever treated it before didn't do the best job, but it could have been a lot worse. You are lucky." Matilda told Tessa as she continued her work. She tried her best not to may to much attention to how the girl reacted to certain things. She had to stay professional, not ask what happened, and the more she studied the girl, the more curious she would get. Matilda kept her head down as she studied.

The girl then apologized when she winced at Matilda's touch. "It is fine sweetie. I don't blame you. Don't worry too much about it. I am almost done. You are doing well, just stay strong." Matilda coached as she removed the last stitch and started to clean the wound properly. This process didn't take long thankfully and was over by the time Tessa asked her next question.
"I have lived here all my life with my two brothers. My parents travel a lot for my dad's job, but they leave us home. Someone has to watch over the manor after all. I do dream of moving to Oxenfurt one day though to study further in medicines." Matilda told Tessa, figuring if she kept talking it would keep the girl a little more happy.

Matilda finished bandaging the wound and looked over to the man she had to treat next. "Tessa, why don't you go take a seat and rest somewhere a little more comfortable than kneeling in front of me. I will start working on your friend and you can tell me about where you are from. I would love to hear." Matilda suggested as she glanced at her brother who was still playing, his back towards them.

Work, Seth had never actually had a real job. He supposed it was better then looking after the girl himself and having her angry witcher brother looking for a reason to kill him. "I guess I could do that." He told Sigmund, not sure how long a job might actually last given his lack of experience. That being said if he tried then Sigmund couldn't get too mad at him, could he? And he could stay with Tessa and keep her safe here where she could rest until her wound healed. In the meantime he would save every cent that wasn't going to the girl so that he could buy them their own place. Perhaps even open another bar here for Tessa.

The conversation was interrupted however when the girl mentioned it was time to start working on him.
"Tomorrow I will try to get a job, happy? Now then, the young doctor you brought in awaits." He said before turning from Sigmund and heading towards Matilda, kneeling in front of her, showing her his hand. By the look on her face it had been bad that he had avoided it for so long. Very bad.
