What's wrong with Light Contract? It's the same as Mind Control. And Shining Revive is just a non-splashable version of Monster Reborn. If anything she just needs to add "You can only have 1 copy of "Shining Revive" in your deck" and "You can only have 1 copy of "Light Contract" in your deck" to the text. Since both the splashable versions of those cards are Limited in the real game. EDIT: Well technically Monster Reborn is Banned but anyway I'd say if she Limits those cards they're fine. DOUBLE EDIT: Shining Revive should probably be edited so you can only get monsters from your grave so it won't be so similar to Monster Reborn.
Ragna is way too big a jerk to be Neutral Good lol. Most people view him as Chaotic Neutral even though he's actually Chaotic Good according to TV Tropes.
I would say you're definitely some form of Neutral though I'm not sure which kind. As for me I'd say I'm Chaotic Neutral but I try my best to be good. I'd say I'm a mix of Chaotic Good and Chaotic Neutral sort of like Ragna The Bloodedge from Blazblue.

I really like Mirror Force Dragon. If I didn't know better I'd think they were real cards. Perfect errata and pictures that match the artwork of real Yugioh cards and everything.

I'd say I'd peg myself as Chaotic Neutral as well for the most part. Dan from Dan VS is an example of this Alignment. And I sorta see him as a relatable character for me. It's actually pretty amazing just how much I do have in common with him. We both even like our hamburgers the same way.
