Let me clarify. When I said "too spammable at 3" I meant too abusable at 3. I meant they're too spammable for defense if they aren't Limited.
I know that but alot of cards are not a threat even at 3. That's why I don't restrict everything. And also why Konami doesn't. You just seemed to be implying that.
