Yeah, as you said, early footage isn't good to judge looks on. I can almost guarantee that the devs will throw a shader onto the models and such, which will permit the graphics to give a style more reminiscent of 2.5D artwork.

In my mind, Might No. 9's final graphics will look something like Guilty Gear Xrd, which I'm loving the style of personally.

Thing is, you didn't specify that there should be a new character using a similar moveset. What you said is most easily inferred as "be rid of Lucario, and thus his moveset."

Does that make sense? The idea of using a new character with a similar moveset, I'm ok with, but I'm not ok with being rid of Lucario without a proper replacement.

How is Lucario a one-off? There's no other character in the game that shares his fighting style.

Also just want to point out: every time this question is asked about damn near ANYTHING, you're always going to hear both answers...the only way I could imagine having such answers be valid for your own purposes is to find opinions from people you trust the tastes of.
