I still think SJ's cost makes it balanced. It IS a great card I don't deny that but it's a card that you really have to think about how to use. It shouldn't be used against just any kind of play. If you use it at the wrong time it could and most likely would lead to your defeat.

Now that you mention it I was able to still activate it even with 1 LP left one time. Still it has a very steep cost. It's a good card but there's certainly not anything gamebreaking about it...
Wait what did they do to BTH, Compulsary, Solemn Judgment and TT? I missed that, Are they banned now? That's sorta nice I admit but at the same time it also means I don't have as much to defend myself if I should draw bad and the opponent starts spamming the field and mercilessly raping me... And I really don't get why Solemn Judgment is hit...That makes no sense...It's a great card but it has a very steep cost...It's not worth running more than 1...I don't see how anybody in their right mind would want to run 3... And that's not been my luck with Stratos...But I sure wish it had been...And with him gone there's certainly not a chance in hell of me ever Dueling again...He is an absolute necessity for my deck...I already said I drew the line at the Stall Cards and other aforementioned cards being moved down on the list if you recall... @Terra: What happened? Why are you leaving? Which sentence in your sig is talking about me? And why do you still think I'm gonna start playing this game again? I'm sure as hell not gonna be playing anymore now. See above. They might as well hit Miracle Fusion and the Omni-Fusions and finish my deck off...
*looks at the new list* OH MY GOD...MY VERY GOD...I seriously almost had a heartattack just now... They did some things right by moving E - Emergency Call and Pot of Duality down on the list. Duality IS a great card but it doesn't need to be hit. It's completely balanced. You can only activate one per turn and you can't special summon the turn you play it so there's no way you'd be able to OTK someone on the same turn you play it unless you already had a bunch of monsters out. And for the rest of my comments ahem *clears throat* FUСK!!! THEY BANNED MY STRATOS!!! AND THEY UNRESTRICTED MIRROR FORCE!!! AND THEY STILL DIDN'T MOVE THE STALL CARDS BACK UP ON THE FUСKING LIST!!! FUСK!!! FUСK!!! FUСKETY FUСK!!! FUСK!!!

Thank you but I just really don't have any interest in this game anymore. I don't even want to watch it. Never heard of it. Sounds too good to be true. But I already told you I don't want to Duel anymore and nothing you do or say is going to make me change my mind so you might as well stop trying. I already told you that you should stop trying to convince me to play again because it's not going to work.

I KNOW what HE is capable of...He could beat me blindfolded... I did beat Fred once the first time I Dueled him but he won 2 out of 3. And I only beat you in the arena. That doesn't count because the arena is an entirely different game. I never once beat you in the real game but you creamed me like twice in it...At least I think that may have been how many times we've Dueled. And yes I've Dueled Brooklyn about 6 times I think and won 3 out of those times iirc. Again I'm sorry but I really just plain don't like this game anymore in general. I've just stopped finding it fun. That's another thing.

It's for your own good that I tell you all this so you won't get your hopes up only to be disappointed. Sure there were times in the past when I thought I was quitting but still ended up playing again but this time it really is for keeps I assure you. This is definitely where I draw the line. I am NOT going to play a freaking format where people are gonna be running Mirror Force and Torrential Tribute above 1. FUСK NO. FORGET IT. And those damn stall cards were already pissing me off enough at 1. I can sorta understand why those cards were moved down on the list because of what we have nowadays. But my deck on the other hand does NOT fare so well against those cards. And I was already getting sick of this game regardless of the fuсked up banlist. I'm sorry but it just isn't fun anymore. And reason number 3, I know some if not all of you just enjoy watching me torture myself and you think it's funny and you just want to have a weak little pussy-ass-bitсh faggоt of an opponent who you know you'll always win against. They're the same thing? Yeah I've heard Evilswarms are really tough. I also heard E-heroes don't fare too well against them. EDIT: Nevermind I looked it up. DOUBLE EDIT: I'm sure you guys are wondering why I don't like FF13 so I'll explain. The battle system is horrible...I mean how the hell do they expect you to constantly scroll through commands and decide what to do while taking damage from enemies in the meantime? If it were turn-based then it would work but can you imagine if Kingdom Hearts was like that? It would be unplayable... Before I had seen that I thought KH Re: CoM had the most horrible battle system I'd ever seen...But this game's Battle System is so bad it actually make's KH Re: CoM's look good...
I don't even know what that deck/archetype is. Haven't heard of it cuz I haven't played in a long time. Let me guess, It's something that would stop my Fusions and/or disable my spell cards right? This game is chock full of all sorts of ridiculously cheap bullshit now. Which is also a part of why I don't want to play it anymore.

Problem is though if I have too many Xyzs I'll be strapped for space on Fusions that I need. And I need to have at least 2 of each Omni-Fusion otherwise I might not be prepared if I needed to absorb something with Super Polymerization.
I can understand why Gravity Bind and Level Limit Area B would not be effective against most decks now. However those cards are a problem for people like me who would rather NOT use Xyzs... Then again I should probably change that to "Those cards are still a problem for me". Because every time I Duel I'm always only able to get rid of those cards once. I never can do it again because I will have already used up all my MSTs and Heavy Storm etc. when my opponent uses them again... And I've not played in months either. And I have no effective way to keep in practice at this point. And like I said, Don't bother trying to get me to change my mind because it's not going to work.
