Actually, it is. They already have the bulk of the material. It's just adding a few things here and there, just like how they also updated textures for both KH1 and Re:CoM in the 1.5 HD ReMix. Besides, the only reason for no capes for BBS (which has been stated before) was that it caused lagging in the Mirage Arena. The PS3 will definitely fix that issue. Hence why it won't be a problem to add them in.

I think Terranort was one of the hooded figures in that scene. When Mickey mentioned who would make up the 7 guardians of light, he mentioned Terra and Sora. MX then said Sora (when he was about to become member #13) and "another on his list" belonged to him now, leaving him three guardians short.

I do want to add that, as shown with the 1.5 HD ReMIx, they will NEVER remove stuff, only add. Which is why I highly doubt the cape from KH2 will be removed, while they will be added to BBS. And besides, it's not like they're making an entirely new game, just polishing it, which really doesn't cost that much. There's a reason why HD collections are called "easy money" in the gaming industry

Lol. But in all seriousness, I would like it if they included the capes so that the armors look closer to what was shown in the secret movie from KH2FM+. Besides, it would feel weird that with 2.5 HD ReMix, you fight Terra in KH2, where he has a cape, but then when you play BBS, the cape's gone.
