There is also Tension Rising, although not a lot of people seem to like it.
As Etrius landed his blow on Luna, his Stop spell broke. But the funny thing is, he never struck her, but merely pushed her on her back. He turned around and pointed his Keyblade at her.
"Technically, yes, I know that stance. But I'm not sticking around to be fried moon meat." Etrius said with a slight smirk, and then he shouted, "STOP!" while raising his Keyblade. All at once, everything slowed down. "Of all the the dangerous stunts to pull off....does it really have to be the Celestial Strike?" He thought as he moved in for the final blow.
The reason why no one has created a critical mode as cool as KH2FM? Its because people are serious tryhards. Its going to be pretty amazing to see how the tryhards react to KH3 (and hopefully, KH3FM)
"No my dear, I'm just warming up!" Etrius teased and he ducked and then spun his body and tripped Luna with his Keyblade. He jumps back from her, spinning his Keyblade to fronthand. He pulls his Keyblade up to his face, while he pulled his left hand at Luna, and lifted a finger to her, taunting her.
Etrius' face became serious at Luna's comment. "I know you won't, because you're willing to prove that you're strong." He replied. With that, he attacked while spinning his Keyblade, striking once backhanded, and twice fronthanded, and then jumped back, holding a defensive stance.
Etrius' last outburst left him shocked. He never felt this angry in his entire life. His mind was reeling for an excuse to curb his mind. He decided that if he was to take his mind off the past, he would have to focus on someone else. He turned to Luna, and said, "I challenge you to fight me!" He put a on a competitve tone to cover his angry one.
As Etrius slashed through more dummies, it seemed that his anger only seemed to grow and grow. And the more angry Etrius got, the more he thought about the masked boy in red. " I hate him." Etrius wispered after each slash, then it rose to one disticint cry of anger, "I HATE HIM!" and with that, he slashed through 5 dummies at once, including the one Luna was training on. All 5 dummies fell, cut in half like the rest.
Etrius stood up and spun his Keyblade again, this time holding it front handed. He had lowered his head, mortified and angry by the memory flash. "That mistake of nature killed my parents." He muttered under his breath. He cracked his neck, suddenly alert, he noticed another Keyblade wielder, approaching to train, by Etrius' guess. He spun his Keyblade backwards again, and slashed throught another dummy, also cutting it in half.
Etrius continued to slash at the target. Wak, wak, wak wak wak, went the dummy taking all the hurt. All of a sudden, an image intruded into Etrius' mind. The image was of a boy, in a mask, in a red muscular suit. " RAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHH!!!" He screamed, attacking the dummy one last time. There was a flash of purple, and the dummy tipped over, cut completely in half.
"Alrighty then!"Etrius said. He swung his hand in the air, catching his Keyblade. He spun the sword around his fingers, switching to backhand fighting style and advanced on the dummy and quickly slashed twice before stepping back to reveal two visible marks on the dummy.
"Oh really? My family has had the power of the Keyblade for 6 generations, me being the 7th." Etrius said and returned the smile. "I gained my Keyblade at the age of 8, but I wasn't allowed to train until I was 14." Then he walked into the clearing. There, in the middle of the clearing, stood a dummy, used to training. Etrius turned back to Luna. " You wanna practice a little?" He asks.
I think Vanitas and Young Xehanort would be two awesome final bosses for KH3. I hope that happens.
"Now you're just putting yourself down." Etrius said, "Besides, my father once told me that people from the Celestial City have the power of the moon at there side, making them shine, and just by looking at you, you seem to harness a great light and power, and I'm not talking moonlight wise." He turned toward the door to go outside and train. Just before he opened the door, he said to her, "Your light is more powerful than my darkness will ever be. If you think you can't do it, you're only fooling yourself." And he left.
Etrius saw more anxiety again in the girls eyes as he shook her hand. He knew he didn't want to worry her again, so instead, he made a compliment. "Something tells me that you have the makings of a fine Keyblade wielder." He said with a slight smirk.
I would say that Aqua and Kairi are alike, Keyblade or not, just like Riku is like Terra, and Sora is like Ventus, but with their share of differences.
I like Vanitas a lot because of his fighting style. The question is, what would happen if Roxas went against Vanitas?
As Etrius watched Steel walk towards the wall, he noticed that the girl next to Steel was scowling at Etrius. "Guess some people aren't exactly happy with my comment, even after I apologized." He thought. He turned to the white-haired girl and asked, "What is your name ma'am?"
"I came for two reasons." Etrius replied, " One of them is that I don't agree to my father's customs, and came here to make peace to the oncoming storm. The second....its a personal problem." Etrius started sounding edgy, as though the second reason hurt him.
"The Castle of Shattered Myths? My father told me that they were an odd lot, but I disagree." Etrius said, shaking Steel's hand. "He was a general for the Dark Keyblade army during the first Keyblade War. Sad to say..." He paused, looking for the right word, "Has perished to the Heartless that attacked my world, forcing me to come here."
