I can do this... as long as nothing in my life comes up. Participating for: everything Absolutely Cannot Sing: I can only sing Soprano, Mezzo-Soprano, and Alto; so no Tenor or Base (or anything in between) for me! Wow, I'm kinda surprised that one of the most random things about my plot idea helped contribute to this one. =p But this all looks good, I think the unbanned member should also be an OC though, mainly because if a regular member is cast as the unbanned, that could cause the member to have an emotional breakdown/fit/etc.
