~~Tristan Town~~ Ribbons was struck again by the 00, which seemed to be keeping up the assault regardless of what was going on. Ribbons berated himself for being caught by surprise, as his Trans-Am ran out and he ceased to enjoy the ridiculous boost of speed which it previously gave him. "Ribbons!" Hiling's voice called out, as the grey-and-brick mobile suit stood once again, ignoring the two that were approaching it, and rushing the 00 as fast as it could, baring it's claw-like GN blades on it's hands, which it quickly swung towards the Gundam. Taking advantage of the opening that Hiling had created, Ribbons re-activated his own beam saber and renewed his own attack on the 00. Char boosted to one side as best as he could, avoiding some of the laserfire, before doing the same but backwards to avoid another barrage, as he attempted to close some of the distance between them. It wasn't easy, as TheEnd's speed was beyond that even of the Hyaku Shiki, and only Char's incredible aptitude as a pilot was keeping them both intact so far. "Gundams, now may be a good time to leave." he suggested to the Mobile Suits of Celestial Being, as well as the unknown mechas that were on the ground. "Anemone and her machine are too much for us to take on right now. Maybe if she were alone, but with Almark and Care here too..." "Like hell we're gonna believe you!" Hallelujah growled from the ground, still struggling with the Qubeley MkII. "You think you can play traitor and have us suddenly trust your every word?!" "You have little option but to trust me, or be destroyed trying to prove a point. What is it going to be?" Before the Super-soldier had enough time to respond, Puru Two's Qubeley MkII was struck by a whirling drill-like fist, which knocked her away from the Arios harshly, smashing a good portion of the machine's armor as it did so. "It's gonna be this!" the pilot of Arios called out. With a flash of a psychotic smile, Hallelujah rushed forward on all thrusters, gripping his beam saber with both hands as he lowered his aim... Before anyone could stop him, a sharp scream was echoing through the town, as the magenta beam speared out of the other side of the Qubeley, having penetrated the entire cockpit perfectly. The red mobile suit went limp, as Hallelujah withdrew his blade from it, allowing the machine to fall. "Puru Two!" Char yelled out, the Hyaku Shiki appearing behind the Qubeley and catching it, before the cockpit hatch of the former opened up, Char himself running out of it and towards the the other mobile suit's, opening it too and heading inside. The controls were completely disfigured, and it was evident that this machine would take a hell of a lot of work before it would ever move again, but Char found himself far more shocked at the sight before him. Puru Two herself was... intact. Barely. The left side of the girl's abdomen was scorched on the surface, but otherwise the suit had taken most of the damage. Her left arm on the other hand, had been harmed much worse, causing Char to be slightly pained. On the one hand, she was clearly alive, albeit apparently unconcious from a combination of pain, shock, and exhaustion, but on the other, she was obviously badly hurt. It turned out that Hallelujah's killer instinct had, ironically, saved the girl's life; the mobile suit had been pierced slightly to the left side, where any organic being's heart would have been, causing it to narrowly miss the centralised cockpit. Picking up the girl carefully in his arms, the former-general of the Spiral King left the wrecked Qubeley, in plain sight of Hallelujah, who suddenly saw the damage he had done, and to whom. His mind switched back to Allelujah from the sight, his default personality, who was suddenly horrified at the sight before him. "She's just... I didn't realise, I..." he stuttered, suddenly having flashbacks to his own childhood, and the situation he and Hallelujah had been put into before. Climbing back into the Hyaku Shiki's cockpit, Char placed the girl down in a small coffin-sized section, which quickly sealed the girl off with a bubble shield, as the pilot brought the machine around to face the Arios Gundam, which was still frozen. "Retreat." Char said calmly to him. Allelujah swallowed hard and nodded -- to nobody in particular -- before pressing a button which signalled to the other Gundam Meisters that he, at the very least, was going to retreat along with Char. "Like we'd let yo--" "Stop, Ribbons, Anemone." a deep voice spoke to them privately via their comm systems. "Leave them be, for the time being. Allow them to retreat unharmed, that they may face despair in the face of my forces the next time also." The voice belonged to none-other than the Spiral King himself, contacting them from Tepellin personally. "Your highness? But you--" "I take an interest when both one of my most trusted Generals and his Lietenant turn on their own, Care. You would do well to remember such a thing." "Yes, Lord Lordgenome..." "Return to Tepellin, the three of you. Our next plan of action against the humans will be discussed soon." ~~Tepellin - The Spiral Throne~~ As Lordgenome's communications with the trio of pilots, the Spiral King turned towards the man who had just entered his throne room, the women beside the throne itself also looking at him with slight curiosity. "You come to me again, noble warrior of space. Does my command displease you so much?" he asked the man, a look of boredom upon his features. "No, Spiral King. I only come... with a request." his visitor spoke, his blonde hair seeming to be even more pronounced somehow in the dimly-lit room. "Speak, then. Let me hear what bothers you so." "I wish to go out there once again. I wish to fight. And more importantly... to defeat Gundam." the man said, his expression one of determination that reminded the king strongly of a certain other warrior he had beneath him. "Very well. I shall grant your request." Lordgenome said with a short pause. "However; your return to the front shall come at a price. You will no longer be the man you were before. You will serve without rank, and will only go where I direct. Rest assured; I will send you to fight Gundam." There was no hesitation before the man announced; "I accept the terms." "Go then, warrior of space. Show the humans the same determination you show me." "I will. I swear it on my life, and on my name; I, Graham Aker, shall subdue the human race, and defeat Gundam!" Spoiler: ENTER ~~Snowscape~~ "Huh?" Simon said, suddenly looking to where the voice had come from and getting slightly excited. "Hey, Bro, look, it's them! U--, the--... the female us!" "Uh... sorry, me, but this is our Leeron." Kamina replied, looking up at the Kokuren Lagann, which he wasn't surprised to see at all for some reason. "...aren't you?" "Who knows, honey? Care to find out~?" Kamina jumped back and reached for his sword for a second time, a look of disturbance on his face as he glared at Leeron once again. "You're here after Dai-Gunzan too, right?" Simon asked the female Kamina from Lagann with curiosity. "They are? That's great; that means we have three times the masculinity of the old Dai-Gurren! ALRIGHT YOU BEASTMEN FREAKS, WE'RE GONNA REALLY TEACH YOU TO FEAR US HUMANS NOW! YOU HEAR ME?!" Kamina began yelling without waiting for an answer, roaring his lungs out in the general direction of the enemy. "Shut up naked ape, some of us are trying to sleep!" "Ah, so you're here to attack that strange battleship?" Gendo asked, looking between the members of the group. "Good timing. We were just about to do that ourselves!" "What my husband means is, we're grateful that you saved our lives, and we'd like to help however we can." Yui corrected, having already punched the man to the ground. "Alright everyone, into the cave. We'll recap the plan for the new guys and then, when everyone is ready, we go! Together, to victory, and then to the Spiral Capital itself!"
