I'm 21 for the third year in a row.
There's a couple of things you can do. The way I do it is I usually scan in the sketch, open GIMP, make a layer behind the sketch and fill that with white. I then lower the opacity of the sketch layer to around 70%. I make a third layer on top of the sketch layer, call it "lines" so I don't forget, then take the paintbrush and make it somewhere between 3-5 pixels. Then I ink, and when I finish I just delete the sketch layer. There's a pen-like tool in there too, called a path tool, but I never use it. If I want/need straight or angled lines, I just use the paintbrush an hold down the Shift key to get straight lines. This tutorial I just found explains things a little better than I just did.

I caved in and bought an iPhone 4 yesterday. Love it so far, even if it is just an iPod Touch with the ability to make phone calls. I was going to get 4S, but the phone company I bought it from wanted the equivalent of another $150 USD for it. I didn't really need Siri, so I went without.

You guys could write a thesis on me or something. Let's see...whenever I eat a candy in multiple bits, like jelly beans, Starburst, or Skittles, I have to sort them by color first. Then, with the Starburst, I always have an order I go in: yellow, orange, red, pink. Can't do it any other way. With Skittles or jellybeans, once I've sorted, I eat the least amount first. I have to have two tabs open while browsing. One's not enough, and three's too many. I always sleep on the right side of the bed (as in, if you lay flat on a bed, wherever your right arm is, that's the right side. For me.). I once shared a bed at an anime con and slept on the other side of the bed, and couldn't sleep.
If it wins, sweet. If not, the fact that it even was considered and voted on is cool beans to me.

Used to. Since I moved to China I've been taking trains around or just walking (which suits me just fine, driving is scary here!) Back home though, I drove a 2003 Hyundai Accent GLS. She's (yes, 'tis a lady, she's a pretty shade of powder baby blue) almost 10 years old, but gets 34 miles per gallon, and drives great. I plan on running her into the dirt. Then maybe I'll get a Toyota Matrix or something to handle the snow. That's the only thing I hate about my car: it has great traction in the snow, but it can't scale my hilly driveway if there's more than two inches of the stuff.
