Luce opened her eyes halfway and glowered up at Scott. "What was that? Jump out of...a cake? Isn't that something what normal families do? How about I just bring you something to kill. It's not like I need to be reminded anyways...I remember when I heard all that from Lenny. But I never asked if there was anything else special about us...the only..." she stood and leaned back against the tree, "Question I ever asked was how do I get rid of my powers. But...I was just a kid then. What did I know about anything..." Taking the stone from him, she examined it, "Uh...thanks...I think. I had a rock collection when I was really little...when I still lived with my father. I remember it because he used them to drive me out of the house." She waited patiently for him to return inside to resume her brooding. "You always bother me...always reminding me what a good person I should be. It's annoying."
Ryuu looked away from him, "Whatever..." He was about to stand up and drag Tetsuya along to return home when he nearly ran into Shikashi. "Sensei..." Shikashi laughed and rubbed the back of his head, "Sorry for leaving you two like this. I figured you guys should get some bonding done. Anyway...I'll release you guys now." Unlocking the handcuffs, Ryuu immediately took two large steps away from Tetsuya, "I'm going home." With that he left and Shikashi rubbed Tetsuya's head, "I hope you two got to know each other a little bit..." He backed up, winked at them and vanished in a puff of smoke.
~~~Hidden Base~~~ Ritski rolled his eyes and held his hand out towards her, palm out. The pipe dematerialized and her form twisted in various ways before righting itself and once it was right again...there was no wound. Another of his techniques he would probably never disclose to any of them. "As the Jinchuriki of the One-Tail, Shukaku...Gaara of the Sand is important. He will die yet again when we strip him off his Tailed Beast. Your chance to fight him will come soon enough...let us not hasten our plans...many things must be in the right place for all this to go correctly." ~~~Hidden Leaf Village~~~ Kakashi smiled under his mask as he took Kai's papers. They were old...but it didn't prove he was old enough to have lived during the Fourth Mizukage's reign of terror. He wasn't born during the time of the Blood Mist Village...but of the Fifth Mizukage's reign of stability. "I see you were born not long after the Fifth Mizukage was given her position...just long enough to erase the hideous past of the Hidden Mist. I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to --" "Nah, Kakashi-sensei, why don't we let the guy eat. C'mon...we don't have to leave so soon, plus...the guy looks famished. And he said he came from the Sound Village." Naruto slung his arm around Kai's neck, "So...did ya find anything interesting in the Sound Village? The last time any Leaf shinobi were there...the place was destroyed and deserted."
~~~Hidden Sound Village: Orochimaru's Ruined Hideout~~~ Yasuzu shoved Rei's helping hands away and rammed the hilt of her sword into Ako's stomach, "I am not your friend...and she is our prisoner. Those who threaten the Hidden Cloud...threaten our Raikage...and I will have neither of it." She glared down at Ako as she struggled to her feet, "Those who betray the Raikage's orders...are no better than scum." ~~~Hidden Base~~~ Ritski sighed, "So foolish...you..." he pierced Tsukiko with an iron pipe through her gut, "Are not my equal." Ritski's Mangekyo Sharingan eyes bore into Tsukiko even as he twisted the pipe lodged in her gut. He needed no genjutsu to damage any of the members in his organization. "There is one reason I want to keep you alive...and that is to remove the jutsu within that little girl's brain and body. To remove it I need ten people...you make ten, Tsukiko, my dear. But...fools are so easy to replace with temptations of jutsu's and power and peace. Fear is all I need...and I control someone's mind and body. Do not forget...without me...you will not have your world of peace." ~~~Hidden Leaf Village~~~ Kakashi blankly stared at him. Anyone who didn't know who he was was obviously an outsider. As soon as he addressed Gaara, the Kazekage turned to look at him and instantly recognized the darkness in Kai's eyes. "Those eyes.... What village did you come from?" Naruto, clueless, grinned at the man before several ANBU members landed around Kai, kunai knives drawn. "You who possess no official pass into the village. Identify yourself, or we'll be forced to take precautionary action."
Everyone at the ramen shop immediately got nervous. Mito laughed warmly, "You all don't have to look so frightened. I have perfect control." Ryuu jabbed him with his chopsticks, "The Jinchuriki is the host of the Tailed Beast. The one that the First Hokage fought against in the Final Valley, usuratonkachi." Ichiraku gave Tetsuya another bowl, "Lady Mito is a wonderful woman, despite being the Jinchuriki. You all should have the utmost respect for her." Reaching out, Mito patted Tetsuya's head, "Lord First Hokage, Hashirama Senju was my husband. In order to save him from the Nine-Tails placed under Madara Uchiha's Sharingan, I sealed it away...inside my body. Making me it's Jinchuriki." Mito had only half finished her ramen when she stood and set down enough money to pay for all their meals. "It's about time for me to leave." As soon as she'd spoken, an ANBU Black Ops member appeared at the entrance to Ichiraku's. "My Lady...we should return...it's not safe. Rumors about a Hidden Rain ninja infiltrating our Village have spread about... We should return at once to the house." Mito nodded, casting a concerned look at the children as she left, "Take care of yourself and don't eat too much, Tetsuya." She let the ANBU member pick her up and they vanished. Ryuu frowned, having taken advantage of Tetsuya's momentary lapse of attention and lack of food, he'd eaten his ramen quietly and quickly.
It's fine, but as a reminder...kekkei genkai's are born into those from the same bloodline, it's just a fancy way of saying Bloodline Limit. I'll allow you to use the Ice Style, since well...the organization members can do that, but it won't be recognized as a kekkei genkai.
~~~Hidden Sound Village: Orochimaru's Ruined Hideout~~~ Rei smiled at Ichiro, "I suppose...you want to take me to the Hidden Waterfall Village too then... I'm only one person though." Her smile widened even as sweat formed on her face as she gave more of her chakra to Yasuzu. "Besides...I can't leave here... Orochimaru-sama instructed me to..." she stopped midsentence and her face fell, "Orochimaru...sama...is dead. I keep forgetting and think he'll come back someday soon, ya know?" Yasuzu opened her eyes once and reached for her sword at her side. Her hand fell limply on the hilt, "Waterfall shinobi...you won't...take the girl. She belongs to...the Hidden Cloud now." ~~~Hidden Base~~~ Ritski stopped his laughing and turned to Tsukiko, immediately trapping her in his Tsukoyomi genjustu. "Now...I could've sworn I heard you call me something...what was it again?" He stood before her in a black, white and red world with her chained to a rock securely. "Kai...knows very well what would happen to him if he betrayed us. You're young so you're ignorant. The Jinchuriki's...the Tailed Beasts....they mean nothing compared to the jutsu I'm trying to obtain. You...my dear Tsukiko...couldn't possibly know anything about anything." He reached out and took a lock of her hair between his fingers. "Now...stop wasting my time!" A sword appeared in his hand and he speared it into Tsukiko's body. In about five seconds of real time, he'd done the same thing over and over again four hundred times to Tsukiko in his Tsukoyomi genjustu world before he released her. ~~~Hidden Leaf Village~~~ Hokage and Kazekage along with Hinata and Kakashi walked through the Leaf village. Naruto was still baffled by why Gaara would want to come with them on the journy to the Hidden Sound Village to find the forbidden jutsu. Kakashi noticed a different chakra as they passed Ichiraku's. Stopping to observe the strange man, he assessed his chakra.
Ryuu's face showed his strain, even as he glanced over to Ryoko and down at his arm chained to Tetsuya's. The usuratonkachi was holding his own bowl so tightly... "No...that's not the problem. My arm...is chained to this loser." The chef looked over the counter at the boys' arms. There wasn't enough length in the chain between them. Ryuu's arm was quite a distance away from his bowl...and it was his dominant hand that was handcuffed to Tetsuya. "Hehe...seems like you two have quite a problem." Ryuu's stomach growled and his ears turned red from embarrassment and anger. "Can't you eat a little less violently?! You hold onto your food like it's going to grow legs and run away from you!" Hopping off his stool, Ryuu slid the stool closer to Tetsuya and retook his place. He'd moved himself and his food closer to the boy in order to use his hand to use his chopsticks. "Don't move around so much..." As the sun set, Mito took her daily walk through the village. This village...that Hashirama built for the best of both the Senju and Uchiha clans, and all the others that resided within it. Pausing, she glanced over at Ichiraku's. A smile formed on her lips and she took a seat beside Tetsuya, ordering her usual bowl of simple ramen. "It's nice to see the fine young shinobi of our village have such large appetites." Chuckling, Mito supressed the urge to reach out and touch the boy beside her and simply ate her ramen. Ryuu glanced over and dropped his chopsticks. "You're...Lady Mito. The Nine-Tails' Jinchuriki." Mito gave the Uchiha boy a gentle smile, "Yes, I am. I'm so glad to see the younger generation knows their predecessors."
Luce's jaw nearly dropped at one of the newbie's question. "A-anything...else special? What the hell's wrong with you?! What else do you want? You wanna grow a tail like some sort of animal? Maybe a pair of wings, huh!? You think this is a joke?!" Her hands curled into tight fists and she bit her tongue hard to prevent herself from punching the young boy. Turning towards the door, Luce, herself, shook in body. "If I'm not needed for any more explaining...I'll be outside." The repitition of the two words 'Stay calm' in her head as she pulled open the door and closed it quietly behind her as she left was starting to meld together and sound like 'say clam'. Taking a seat under a tree, Luce set both Ebony and Ivory at her sides. Exhausted from reigning in her own temper, she closed her eyes. Luce held something like an internal library inside her own head. If she closed her eyes she could see it clearly, like a real place. Taking twelve steps to stand in the center of the large room that still had levels soaring above like a tower, Luce picked up a box that had clearly fallen out of place...did it come from higher up? The contents had spilled all over the ground. Kneeling, she sifted through the papers written with exact recollections of the memories of those days. This one...wasn't that old even. Their last mission. The wendigo...the drive to the hospital with Scott...the people... "Hm? Oh...I'd forgotten about you." The small picture included on the same sheet of paper she'd picked up...included a small boy. Vibrant red hair and solid blue eyes outlined in black. She'd rubbed the boy's eye until she was convinced it wasn't eyeliner he'd stolen from his mother. His smile had been adorable. Packing up the papers into the box and hefting it up the series of stairs, Luce wondered where the child had gotten off to after they left.
Saix encountered Axel, Xion and Roxas easily after snatching the stray boy from the front of the castle. He held the boy by his collar and gave Axel and Roxas their mission ooc: I was talking about you.
It was then, before anyone could take a single step in the direction they wanted to that a red-headed man dropped from the ceiling. He twirled in the air and slashed the ball into pieces as well as thick lines of blood wrapping around everyone's ankles and holding them aloft from the ground by their ankles. "Hellllllooooooo~! Welcome to the two-hundred and seventy-fifth anual mind-f***ing! Here to burn this night into your cerebral cortex's...is yours TRULY, Shinra Tekiyami!" The boy had metal claws on his knuckles that extened well past his fingers and blue eyes outlined in black. If it was eyeliner, no one could be sure. Getting that close to see would probably spell their deaths. The audience started to shriek as the lines of blood increased and proceeded to tear members of the dog race in half. "That's not natrual!" "I don't think he's part of the show!" "This kid isn't right...is that...blood?" Nagisa jerked towards the tv, being the Cheif Warden, she flipped open her cell and ordered the guards to shut down the dog race and detain the boy. "Adolfo, control Shinra." Grinning, Adolfo stood, "Your wish is my command."
Ryuu frowned at Tetsuya's comments and again at the look from Ryoko. After she proposed the last one to Ichiraku's buy the ramen, he looked down at the handcuffs. Holding up his arm and Tetsuya's, he yelled after her, "You realize we're chained together!!!" Sighing and dropping his arm back to his side, he pulled Tetsuya along, "If you're so hungry...hurry it up. Hopefully Shikashi-sensei will find us later and take these off so I can go home." Once they'd reached Ichiraku's, Ryoko obviously being first, Ryuu helped the zombie-acting Tetsuya onto a stool, "There...order...or I will order for you and it won't be what you want. Hey...most likely three bowls of ramen..." He might as well eat while he was there. Ryuu wasn't a huge fan of ramen, but he did enjoy it. He glanced nervously at Tetsuya and Ryoko. It was the first time he'd eaten with those his own age instead of Kagami and the other Uchiha's... The reminder of the Uchiha's brought back their cold stares. The chef placed a bowl of ramen in front of each of the students, "Somethin' on your mind, son?" he asked Ryuu, "Ah, Tetsuya, I made your favorite, hope ya like it!" Ryuu studied the chef from under his hat's visor. This man treated Tetsuya as if he were his own son...was it because he was his most loyal customer?
~~~Orochimaru's Ruined Base~~~ The girl came back with armfuls of salves and herbs to heal Yasuzu. She dropped it all and sat down when she saw Yasuzu's wounds had closed and were healing nicely already. "She's not...a Jinchuriki...so how...?" Her red eyes widened considerably, "You let her use that jutsu!? It's a bad jutsu to use carelessly!" she scolded Ako. Setting her hands on Yasuzu's head, she closed her eyes and moved her hands downwards, along the Clound ninja's body, stopping over her chest. Sighing, the girl smiled at Ako, "I'm Rei. You two...are shinobi from the Hidden Cloud Village...aren't you? You're going to...take me back to your village...and demand the forbidden jutsu I have...aren't you?" Rei's hands glowed blue with chakra. "Your friend here...did something risky. Releasing a Yin Seal Mark like that...to prevent herself from dying. She's strong...to have that much chakra..." ~~~Hidden Sound Village~~ Sena waved off Kai, "It's not like I can say anything to stop you...baka..." Nabarashi watched him leave, "The...Hidden Leaf Village...their Jinchuriki is the Hokage...isn't he?" Sena half closed her eyes and tossed her long, white hair over her shoulder, "Eh...how should I know? I don't pay attention to that stuff. My job is to retreive the forbidden jutsu." Nabarashi touched his chest quietly, "He's a Jinchuriki...just like me...I just know it." ~~~Hidden Base~~~ Ritski chuckled at Tsukiko's expense and continued to pick up the weapons and things that had fallen out of the shinobi's clothes when he was interrogating them. "Hm?" He bent and picked up a small scroll. Reading through it, his face turned intense and serious, even bordering on rage. "WHAT IS THIS!? A report to the Grass Village that the Akatsuki haven't all been delt with!!! Those....STUPID...NINJA!!!!!" With his anger, came and explosion around him. His Mangekyo Sharingan activating and even his Susano'o's skeleton appearing around him with intense red chakra. The Totska blade weilded by Susano'o gouged a large gash in the walls around him before he settled down. Holding his head, Ritski began to laugh again, harder, until it turned into a madman's laugh.
Ryuu shoved Tetsuya away from him when he stumbled into him. His hand lingered on Tetsuya's shoulder, even if he didn't want to, he'd helped the boy regain his balance. Pulling away slowly, he followed after, casting a glance down at his hand hanging at his side. Why did it feel different when he touched someone than when they touched him? Pursing his lips and shaking his head against the thought, Ryuu jingled the handcuffs. "The sun hurts my eyes..." he mumbled in response to Tetsuya's question. His Sharingan remained active. Once they stepped outside, the sun's rays hit them and Ryuu flinched, covering his eyes with his hands. Peeking through his fingers, he dragged Tetsuya to the well. Since it was always brimming full of water, he splashed water on his face and stared at his reflection in the water. Even through the ripples, he could see his Sharingan eyes. His control was poor over them. Glaring at his reflection, he pulled a hat out of his back pocket. Donning it, he kept his eyes half closed. "My Sharingan doesn't go away when I'm around total morons." Ryuu desperately wished it would calm soon. He couldn't manage to keep eye contact with Tetsuya with the sun on him. Flicking his eyes up and back down to the ground, Ryuu grumbled, "I know that stupid look in your eyes. You're going to make me stay out in the sunlight all day, aren't you?" Hokage's Office Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage, took his time seriously considering Shikashi's offer. Purposefully summoning him before the school day was over, but through just enough that everyone had gone through the graduation test. He leaned back in his chair and folded his fingers together, "I figured as much. Tetsuya's always been a hyperactive boy and he's never taken classes all that seriously. But...I have faith in him...and in you Shikashi. I trust you'll make the right decision." He smiled slightly and Shikashi beamed, "You won't regret this, Lord Hokage! He'll make a fine Shinobi some day if I have to beat it into him." Tobirama's brows curved slightly and his smile increased, "Be gentle with the boy. He's only a child." After Shikashi left them, still beaming, Kagami cleared his throat, "Ah, yes...about the other matter. Kagami, continue to watch him and report any odd movements. As a Shinobi...and my student, I trust you. As for that mission...Jei should be fine. I'm surprised you chose someone as inexperienced as him to be your partner." Kagami's chest swelled with pride at his responsibilities, "Jei is always saying he's gotten stronger. I want him to prove it. We were Genin together...just because he didn't pass the Chunin exam last year, doesn't mean he won't pass it this year. He should have another mission under his belt before he does." Nodding, Tobirama sent him on his way and picked up an old picture of his brother and Madara. "I never saw it coming that you both would be gone... Not the best of friends...were you?"
Ryuu frowned down at the handcuffs on his arm, "Don't laugh...it's not funny. Being chained to this loser...I might as well start chewing my arm off right now." He jerked his arm, "Cmon...class is over. I don't want to hang around here. Why don't you take me to your house..." He gave a defiant look towards Tetsuya from the corner of his eye. Admiting to this boy that he just didn't feel like being alone in his own clan would mean he was weaker than him.
Ryuu stood brooding quietly when a hand grabbed the back of Ryuu's shirt and a taller man with short, spiky, black hair hugged him from behind, "Hey, little brother! What...you get in a fight with Asuka again? Isn't his father the head of the Hyuga Clan?" Ryuu shook off the older boy, turning and taking a few steps back from him to see his face, "I'm not your little brother, Kagami. And what are you doing here anyway? You're a Chunin now." The boy, Kagami Uchiha, smiled and pointed at Tetsuya, "Who's that? Your friend? Ah, I see...you two got in a fight and Shikashi-sensei sent you out here. Nice goin' Ryuu." Ryuu sent him a scalding glare and he laughed, "Is there something you want?" "Who...me? Oh, right....but not with you. Lord Hokage sent me to fetch Shikashi-sensei. He's apart of the Intel Division. You play nice with your friend, Ryuu." Kagami rushed off into the classroom and came out a few seconds later with Shikashi. Their sensei stopped and set a hand on both the boy's shoulders, "Don't fight while I'm gone, you two. Tetsuya...Ryuu...I've dismissed class for the day, but I don't want you two to continue like this. So..." Before Ryuu knew it, Shikashi had handcuffed the two together and stood grinning down at them. Kagami laughed nervously, "Good luck, little brother." Shikashi and Kagami vanished in a puff of smoke, leaving Ryuu chained to Tetsuya. Ryuu slid his onyx eyes slowly over to Tetsuya, a murderous glare in them as his fully matured Sharingan formed in his eyes. "Try anything stupid and I'll kill you."
Shikashi frowned immediately at the failed transformation. He opened his mouth to scold him when Ryuu cracked his knuckles loudly, "Usuratonkachi...! You're DEAD!" The young Uchiha boy jumped over the desks and tackled Tetsuya, causing the boy's transformation to dispell. He brought back his fist to punch him when Shikashi grabbed him up underneath his arms and lifted him off Tetsuya. "Tetsuya, that was very wrong of you. Your transformation was a failure. Ryuu...this is not a battlefield. You can't just attack anyone because of a slip-up. I want the both of you to stand in the hall and think about what you did." Ryuu glowered at Tetsuya and walked out the door. Shikashi sighed, the exhaustion showing on his face, "Those two..."
Shikashi nodded and motioned for the next in line to move forwards. Tetsuya...he prayed the boy would do well. Asuka had taken his turn and most of the others too and sat back down. "Well Tetsuya...let's see it." From the Hokage's window, Tobirama watched the village move effortlessly through daily life and smiled to himself. Today was the day the Acadamy Students would graduate if they worked hard enough.
In the front of the line was a girl wearing a short kimono with thigh high stockings and normal sandals. She blushed fiercely and glanced at Ryuu who stood behind her. Opening her mouth to say something, Shikashi snapped his fingers, "Let's go. Hotaru, you're first." She closed her mouth and mumbled quietly, "Oh...yes, Sensei..." Shikashi barely needed to even lift his pen to mark if she wasn't ready. She made the handsign and transformed into...Shikashi-sensei. He smiled at her as she poofed out of her transformation, "You transformed into...me. Good job, Hotaru. Next...Ah, Ryuu Uchiha." Hotaru stepped off to the side and fiddled with her kimono as Ryuu stepped forwards, hands in his pockets. He lifted one hand to make the simple handsign and transformed into Shikashi also. "Good. A well done transformation. Who's next?" Ryuu passed Tetsuya and narrowed his eyes at the boy, lifting his chin, "Do your best...usuratonkachi." He smirked at him mockingly and kept walking back to his seat. Asuka caught his eye next and they glared at eachother.
the next person to ask how I'm doing is going to get pulverized!
