Roxas almost had a heart att-- oh, wait... nevermind...
When Hermione leaned against him, he had no idea what to say, or do... but it felt nice. He did the first thing that popped into his head(No, it's not kissing her, that's later.) and put an arm around her in an extremely romantic way... damnit.

The Doctor(Who, if I recall, went into ANOTHER ROOM FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!) Nodded at Vexen, then, without answering, went back into the room that he was in before he had to come out due to plot-overlooking... moving on. He came out of the room with a man who looked as odd as he did. "Everyone! I'd like you to meet... me!" The other man smiled at them, then he looked around at the TARDIS. "So... this is what it looks like nowadays? She looks... beautiful." The other man then smiled at everyone again. "Right, well, introduction time! I'm the Doctor!" "And so am I! Brilliant, isn't it?" "Quite. Dangerous, yet brilliant!" "I know, right?" "So that's Roxas, my future companion?" "Yep!" "And that's his girlfriend?" "Well... yeah, basically." "They look cute together." "That's exactly what I thought!" Then the Doctors went over to the TARDIS console and started messing around with it, and they took off with the VRRR noise and everything else.
Roxas chose to not get angry at them - partly because he didn't mind, and partly because he knew that if he told the Doctor that they weren't a couple, then the Doctor would try to get them together.

Suddenly, Nico felt dizzy. "Wha..." Jason also got the feeling, as did basically everyone else. "What's going... on..."

Roxas looked at her. "Hermione... it's... kind of a long story." He began. "See, when I was in Organization XIII... I...er...had a crush on you...I'm kind of a sucker for magical girls." He laughed a little nervous laugh, then continued. "Well... at some point or other, I suppose I lost my crush... how you even do that I don't know, but, well, when I saw you again, I suppose I'd forgotten about it... but... I kinda remembered... and I also remembered why I got it." His hand took hers, probably without him realising it. His eyes locked with hers. "Your... a beautiful, smart, powerful girl who can take care of herself pretty well." His eyes seemed full of truth... but also sadness. "But... I mean... I couldn't take you away from Harry... you two are good together..." his gaze dropped down to the floor. "Besides... I can't imagine anyone who'd ever want to be with me..."
Hermione now has two options. The Paragon Gryffindor option: Let's see about that, shall we? Or the Renegade Slytherin option: Neither can I.
NOTE: This isn't what she'll actually say, but there examples of what the options are... there's also the normal option, which you can make up yourself. (I would've inclued the option to kiss him, but I decided against it... it could still happen, though)

Nico, Jason and Percy all sped after the feet followed by Demyx and Zexion. The first thing Zexion and Jason did was go and grab Fred by the arms to stop him from breaking in. Nico went over to Noire and smiled whilst Percy just stood there and wondered what could possibly happen...
