It's fine if you pay it back right away or within a reasonable amount of time. Its a lot safer than using your debit card.

I think Admins can manually change the amount of posts a user has. Cause we all remember the time Cin had like a bajillion posts.

Its your ISP. Uploading speed is always a lot slower than your downloading speed (Unless you have an excellent ISP and a lot of cash). Connections and modems will effect the speed but its really down to your ISP and the connection they give you. My suggestion to you is to upload videos when she's not planning on using it. Unless you get a better deal or connection with your ISP it won't get much faster than that.
