Aria smiled as she looked over at the boy who had spoken to her, smiling as she observed him. He was young and seemed enthusiastic, yet the way he spoke made him appear like he had a lot to proove. Thinking about it, she guessed he did, as he hadn't been there to help save Ba Sing Se, he didn't have the mutual respect everyone else had gained from it. However it would be silly to decline help, they needed all they could get. They could develop into a good ally over time.

Either way, she stepped forward to meet him and bowed her head slightly as a sign of respect. She wished to start on good terms with him and first impressions were important. "Hello Kai, it is an honor to meet you. I am Aria, Kyoshi Warrior, may this be the start of a long friendship" Her smile widened as she spoke, breaking through the formality.

Laughter could be heard, just before some kind of Ostrich Horse ran up the ramp into the ship after finding the others had already boarded. Seeing the others there, Aria grinned from on top of the creatures back. "Miss me? I hope I'm not too late but I did pick up a new friend on route." In one fluid motion she leapt acrobatically off its back and landed to pat its neck. "Found them alone at a small pool of water, and they're packed to the brim with supplies." She explained, rubbing the back of her neck. She didn't bother to mention that the ostrich was only half the reason for her delay and she'd had to take a slight detour to get over the wall. Although, finding the orstrich horse had certainly brightened her mood. She'd never ridden one so it had taken some getting used to but it was really good to feel the wind blow through her hair. She looked around at the the people already there, she recognised most of them as benders from before however several seemed to be missing from the party. She just wondered what laid in store for them now.

As the Professor explained about what their exam would be on, Alice listened though most of her attention was on her doodles. She'd heard all this before, she didn't care for the exam but she'd already looked at what it would be on. Through no fault of his own, his words held little interest for her. At least not until WW3 came up. It was one of the subjects never really mentioned and there didn't seem to be any books on it. She didn't know if there was an actual rule forbidding it being mentioned or if it was too horrible to think about. Either way, Alice was very surprised as the professor agreed to tell them the basics and glad someone trusted them enough to tell them. His words made sense and she actually even stopped doodling to listen.

What happened next however, she wasn't expecting. She knew what the announcement meant, it meant the professor had said something he shouldn't and now was going to get punished. However, she didn't understand what was wrong with what he had told them, it wasn't as if it was some huge secret that would make them all rebel. Although she feared more for the boy who had spoken, those 'routine inspections' were not good news. She glanced up at the camera, she may have simply brushed off what the boy earlier had said about being careful what you talk about but now there was no doubt in her mind. She looked around at the people near her, she wanted to talk about this but now daren't. Without warning she turned the page of her sketch book and started quickly drawing.

Her pencil moved like a blur and she soon looked up and said quietly to the white-haired boy in front of her, "Do you mind taking a look at my drawing?" She asked, offering out her sketchpad to him. At first glance her picture just looked like a detailed abstract drawing where's it's unclear what was actually happening. However if you looked closer, its true meaning became clear. The border was made out of cameras watching everything going on. She had the professor with a speech bubble, in which says 'secretssecrestssecrets...' then an arrow to him screaming at some unseen terror. There was a cartnoonised Lex with spiral eyes as he's hypnotised by a watch and rows of students all with tape over their mouths in prison uniform. A window to the outside full of question marks lay to one side, a lot of evil faces surrounded by the word 'lies' to the other. Also, she added a big fire with books titled 'WW3' being destroyed on it. In the bottom right corner, she drew herself looking up at it all with a shocked face.

Fluent in English and that's about it. I know the very basics of French and a few words of Italian but it's not much. I also taught myself the runic alphabet (or one version of it). I would love to learn a language but I'm rubbish at pronunciation (even in English) and languages really aren't my strong suit.

Is it bad that I read these two posts and thought he was talking about your look in the sun (lighter hair and reddish skin like flareon xD) before I realised he meant your theme.

    Ooh this sounds interesting~

Okay, well I think that the person they have to decide if they should give up or not shouldn't actually be played by anybody, that way all the contestants are in the same boat and they can each add something to what the leader is like but have to stay consistant with what's already been put.

Also are we planning on having this scene actually concentrating on the fighting or the debating if they should give up their leader or not. If it's on their heated debate then if they have weapons or powers shouldn't matter. They just have a choice, give up their leader and save themselves or fight with their leader against the odds. Perhaps the offer should be more than just themselves to make the descision harder like we'll leave alone a lot of civilions that might get caught up in the crossfire.

We could be after that one person as he's their leader, the one who organises them all and knows what he's doing. He's saved all their lives multiple times before and they've been through everything with him. He's a figurehead, a sign of hope to the people/a spark that inspires people to rebel and a spark that needs to be put out.

But yeah, before I make a chara I'd like to know what we're actually doing. Are we fighting them? Or talking to them? Or standing on the sidelines and threatening/taunting them?

Guys, why is it so hot? I mean seriously, what is this? The sky is actually blue and there's a hot bright thing in the sky, that never happens here. I'm just going to go melt. I don't know why I choose to wear all black and a big winter coat today.

    Dinny, Dinny, Dinny!!

    Impressions?

    Night or day?

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

    One word to describe yourself?

    Dance with me?

    What animal best represents you?

Think before you do something or act now, think later?

    Banana?

Finish with a quiet bow or end with a BANG?

Alice turned round as a guy from behind her reminded them to be careful about what they said, which had the effect to cause her to shrink back into her shell again. She knew that he was probably right but she wasn't sure if she was even serious about what she said and the forbidden subjects just made the ideas all the more appealing. There was something about not being allowed to do something that made you want to do it. For as much as she did not want to get into trouble, there was something thrilling about defying the rules. It had also felt good to share those ideas, however brief.

She looked back around as Frida spoke once more; she was relieved that the blue haired girl hadn't simply had a go at her. She listened to what the girl said without making a sound, though her pencil never stopped moving. She understood what she said and guessed that they had a point. However she did not see what was wrong with a simple curiosity and keeping an open mind, instead of simply believing all you were told. Perhaps it would be very rash to actually act on those thoughts but if she didn't act on them, where was the harm?

Alice opened her mouth as if she was about to say something, though she wasn't quite sure what, either way it never came out as the teacher entered the room. She carefully turned over her page of doodles, which was a lot fuller than it would have usually been before starting on the other side as she watched their teacher. Professor Daniels certainly tried and as a teacher he wasn't that bad but she had yet to develop an interest in his subject.
